Very nice upscale hotel

Greta at front desk was very helpful. Bar and breakfast were both enjoyable.

The carpet in my room was wet when I checked in. Plus the staff at the Marriott elite line was quite unfriendly. Very disappointed on the overall experience.

We visited last weekend. The hotel was hosting a big event. Everyone was on separate floors, but you could not hear the hustle & bustle of people in the hallways from inside the room. Parking is under the building & a side lot. We parked in both & felt very safe & secure, which is very important to us. We did have the breakfast buffet. The hostess & our server were both very sweet, polite & attentive. We will definitely be back!

They overbooked the hotel so we arrived and we had no room and then they put us in a 1.5 rating hotel down the road. Be careful booking here.
-
I didn’t visit the bar or have any food or drinks in the hotel but the experience was amazing from the minute. I walked in. It was just an amazing experience. I plan to stay here every time I visit Kansas City. It was very close to everything that I needed to get to and there’s tons of fun stuff around to do.

We arrived into town earlier than expected but were able to check in early.

The four of the pool looked like it needed to be cleaned.

Quick weekend visit to see family in KC. Clean, quiet, convenient and friendly!

We had a great corner room. The room and property are in like new condition and very clean. We will stay there again and highly recommend.
