My experience was HORRENDOUS!!! The room had a foul oder! The kitchen and bathroom was FILTHY and the sheets weren't changed!!! I immediately complained to the staff and asked for another room or maid service. I was denied both. They told me to clean the room myself! The experience was SO HIDEOUS I departed early and asked for a refund or discount. I was denied that as well. The front desk help did their best, however the Manager was VERY SMUG and uncomidating! The room advertised on the website is not the actual room and is false advertisement! DO NOT stay at that hotel!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! 0 ⭐⭐

We had to ask for plates, utensils etc. all cabinets were empty. We were told to empty our own garbage. Because we were not feeling well that week, we dealt with it.

This was a fair hotel. I would probably try somewhere else next time just a lot of stuff going on indoor slam in the middle of the night on the light sleeper but for a quick stay like we had I was perfect.

Large room was nice. Had a one burner stove top and a upright small refrigerator. Be aware you have to bring your own cooking, plates and service utensils. They advertise free breakfast but it is very minor. Coffie, instant oatmeal and muffin. No milk or juice for children.

They have got to offer a proper breakfast like other hotels, not grab and go.

The room was barely cleaned, the cabinets are sticky, the floor turned my socks and feet black, there's a huge crack running along the ceiling with paint falling off, there's a terrible smell of stale cigarette smoke, and if you leave anything behind by accident good luck getting it back, they won't ship it assuming it even gets turned in, they either throw it away or keep it, the staff was zero help

Our room was not clean. The property is dated and the unit smelled of smoke. They need to change things up or bring in an industrial ionizer.

Bed was hard and room smelled like cigarette smoke all 3 days. It’s a non smoking hotel and the smell was bad. Their “breakfast” consisted of stale packaged muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Housekeeping did not service our room at all.

The property was clean and comfortable. The property could use some updating though as our bathroom and tub/shower had rust and the metal shower rack was worn and rusty. The toilet in one of the bathrooms in our suite ran constantly despite us trying to fix it. There was no carpeting but the floors were clean and looked like LVP. The rooms were spacious and the bed was quite comfortable.

Decent place to stay. Pretty clean. Only issue was that some areas did smell like old basement. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly and on top of any problem you have. The room wasn't clean, before I went to take a shower I grabbed a towel, it was damp and had pubic hair on it. Used tissues wedged between the bed and the nightstand, bedding was dirty and had hair that wasn't mine in it. The floor was sticky like it hadn't been washed in a while, pink stuff on ceiling. Housekeeping shouted at you in the hall while leaving the room to see if your checking out. Walls in the room were damaged.

Nothing worth mentioning in regards to what I liked about Extended Stay America Suites. When I arrived, staff gave me a room on the third floor. I went to my room, but my key card triggered no response from the door lock—no clicking sound, no light, nothing. I went back downstairs and told the employee that the door lock had absolutely no response to either key card. She proceeded to ask me if I used it correctly. Yes, I know how to use a key card. She still proceeded to explain to me how to use it. Then she scanned the cards on her computer and told me they are set up and should work. I explained that I have a disability that causes severe pain when I'm walking, so I'd really like to not come down again with the same issue because she didn't do anything to fix it. I went back upstairs and still no response from the door lock, as I expected. So, I went back downstairs yet again. The employee began talking down to me like I don't know how to use a key card and she said she'd come up with me to help me access my room. I again told her that no response means something is wrong with either the key card or the lock. Still, we went upstairs. She tried both key cards exactly as I had done and, she too, got no response. It was this third attempt that she finally realized that, if there's absolutely no response from the door lock when the key card is scanned, it means the battery in the lock is dead and needs replaced. We went back downstairs to check-in for the third time for me. By this point, I was in excruciating pain and asked for a room that was much closer than the one she originally tried to put me in. She put me on the ground floor (below the check-in level) where I immediately noticed a very strong mildew smell. Hoping the smell was just in the hallway, I proceeded into my room where it smelled just as bad. By this point, though, I was in so much pain that I just accepted the stinky room.
