Not so great. It was ok. Nothing special. The rooms could’ve been much cleaner. The mattress for the pullout couch was disgusting and absolutely no cushion on it.
-
Great place, it was very clean, would use again.

The staff were very good. Although I told front desk about the doors banging. Our room was closest to the exit door going outside and it slammed shut so loudly every time. Was also next to pool rm & gym again the slamming doors kept us up most of the night. When I told clerk at Front desk she just offered me a coffee and said hopefully I could sleep in car ride.

Room slanted, short on towels, clean room and bathroom.

Great experience! Staff upgraded us to king suite. Hotel was only 7 min from large July 4th event.

I liked the choices of tv apps you offer. Most hotels don't offer that. I was however taken aback that breakfast wasn't a free offer like other hotels. They should let guests know on the website. No wonder no one was there to eat when I went to breakfast. They knew before I did. It was still a good stay. I came to get away the loud fireworks in my neighborhood. It worked. It was quiet.

It was amazing and clean! The room was the perfect environment!

It was a great place to stay. Will stay again when we go to Kansas City again

Very clean, very safe!!

The hotel overall is very nice. Melissa was so friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the jets in the hot tub were broken. And the ice machine on our floor was broken.

Cleanliness was horrible and hotel room felt unsanitary. Bed sheets were dirty and hair was everywhere. We were also told on Expedia that extra mattresses are available free of charge, but when we asked the front desk they said their website doesn’t say anything and that they won’t do anything about it (even though Expedia’s official booking page where we booked from, promised extra mattresses). Bad experience, would not recommend.

My first room had problems with the AC, room 441. the second room I had big issues with the microwave oven. I could open it to cook my snacks but it wouldn't open when it was done. Very frustrating, the microwave oven in room 421. The staff were very helpful and attentive. And the place was beautiful and clean

Front desk rep upon check in was snarking and did not seem to want to help. Reluctance shown in her facial expressions

I had been looking forward to the pool, but there were so many people it wasn't an option. So I took a bath, but the drain was completely full of a previous person's hair. It was a very gross experience.

Excellent

Only complaint I have is that the hallways going to the rooms or gym etc was not air conditioned so the hotel had that humid and musty feeling. Not a huge deal but if you weren’t inside your actual room, the entire hotel was very warm and humid with that kind of stale air smell and vibe. Maybe the AC was out? Not sure. Overall a solid experience though.

My husband is very cheap. When he pays above average price, he expects more. We won't be back to Hilton. Not because it was bad, but because it wasn't above average.

Great experience and staff was amazing!
