Beautiful

We had the worst room first floor next to the side entrance door and across the swimming pool and gym. Kids were playing on work out equipment unsupervised and screaming through the halls. Outdated room and not very clean. Thin walls. Woke up to every noise and I’m a deep sleeper. We should’ve asked to switch rooms but since we were staying for 2 nights we just dealt with it. Would not recommend or stay here again.

This is a great hotel for a long stay. The rooms are large and comfortable. Having a full size fridge and dishwasher is fantastic and the location is ideal. We were there for a soccer camp at Scheels Soccer Complex, it was absolutely perfect.

Room had visibly dirty tile floor that someone spilled something and it was all black. There was hair in shower and sink. Was asked to pay more than was told on this app. There was a 10$ parking fee- which sounds like nothing. However, not in a busy place with minimal parking and a very uncommon practice for the city!!

The hotel was phenomenal! Staff was super friendly and very hopeful. Room was clean. Wi-Fi worked great enough for the boys to play their PlayStation and their tablet on. Overall wonderful experience.

Great stay room was very clean although a vacuum could have been a little better in the room. Buffet breakfast was great and dinner menu was limited but the food was excellent. Just be ready to pay for it. Pool and jacuzzi was nice. Work out area had everything you need to have a nice workout. Only 2 elevators be ready to wait because one one worked. Parking was plenty and the staff was quite pleasant with the smiles and helpfulness. I will stay again and recommend.

The location is perfect if you are attending an event at the convention center. Charging a guest for parking is actually insane. Requiring I join a points program for free WiFi is criminal. Paid for breakfast and overly priced snacks makes me feel like Hilton is struggling financially and is forced to nickel and dime what few guests it can sucker in to compensate.

This hotel was very clean and smelled clean. We especially liked how there was an outdoor patio by the pool so you could watch your kids swim.

I arrived at the hotel to check in at 3:00 p.m. to find that their "system was down." They had me wait in their lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for the system to come back on line. After indicating that I was going to book a room elsewhere, they took my information down on paper and gave me a room. The staff was very rude during the entire process. I doubt that I will book here again!
