Clean and convenient

Clean and quiet, just like it...

The hotel was clean. The room did not circulate air well and even felt a bit humid. All staff was really nice except they put me and my 2 disabled kids on the 3rd floor where the elevator was broke. We were asked to call the front desk and ask them to send the elevator to our floor. Most staff was really good with this but one lady that was there most of the time we needed an elevator, would answer without a greeting saying immediately, she will get to it when she can. Then she hangs up on you without allowing you to speak. The first time, I wasn’t sure she knew what I was calling for so I called back to the same rude reply. We then waited for her to finish whatever she was doing so she could send the elevator. If I didn’t have disabled kids, I would just take the stairs but that was a little ridiculous. My understanding was this was the only floor with this issue. Everything else was good.

Personable staff, great customer service…..especially the lady working the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning 7-10am, on August 29, 2026. Our room toilet would not flush on first attempt every time. Sometimes we had to flush it 3 times…it was terrible actually.

Nice & convenient.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Everything was super clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are very professional and immaculate at their jobs. Our room was perfect and there was no outside noise.The housekeeping staff take pride in their jobs and it shows through how neat, clean and organized the entire building is. The breakfast was very good and home-made with plenty to choose from. The location is very safe and in a beautiful part of town with easy access to shops and places to eat. Definitely will be staying here again!! Thank you so much!!!

Everything was Good!

The hotel room was clean. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. The food was not good and not alot to choose from.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Free breakfast would have been nice, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Dinged the rating as housekeeping failed to make up our room or leave new towels and the GFi receptacle in the bath would nit reset. Big the end of the world but wasn’t ideal.

Room and hotel were very clean, breakfast was good with lots of options.

Quick stay but very clean.

I really liked this hotel, we have stayed here before, but being unable to work with a family that had a situation come up, nope. Hotels.com keeps rejecting this review even though it does not break any of their posting guidelines they sent…hmmm makes you wonder why.

Breakfast could be better.

We were there for 3 nights in an executive suite. The first morning we stopped at the front desk and requested room cleaning. When we returned around 5pm the room was not made up. We called to get fresh towels and the front desk even said I told housekeeping specifically about your room. Then on morning of day 2 we asked for room to be made up. Again gone for over 3 hours and room not made up. Again requested fresh towels. Then on check out morning we get a knock from housekeeping while we are trying to pack so we can check out. 3 night stay and NEVER saw housekeeping in our room. Everything else was probably above expectations but housekeeping left a sour taste in our mouth.
