We had a great time, great staff, good breakfast, and very safe and clean and hotel and area.

Staff was great and friendly rooms very clean and breakfast buffet and coffee bar were amazing

Property overall was just ok. Was expecting a more upscale experience. Staff were less than active in managing the young people all over the property. Experience was loud and not restful.

Great 2 night stay with my family for a World Cup game in town. Location is fantastic, secluded from the downtown noise but conveniently close to it. Staff was really attentive and willing to help. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Some wind noise coming through the ac/heat unit from outside. Other than that great place and time.

We had a frustrating stay. We were told our room would sleep 6 but that’s only if someone slept in the floor. There were also bugs crawling across the floor.

This was an absolutely disgusting experience that as I type, has still not been fully resolved. My husband two kids and I got a room here for the World Cup and my kids slept on the pull out bed while we slept on the king. My husband went to get the sheets out of the bag to make the pullout bed and found explicit sex toys IN THE BAG. We literally had never seen them and had to (carefully) confirm through AI they were what we thought they were. We reported it the next morning and the hotel said “it was bookies through Expedia so we can’t do anything about a refund” I called Expedia and they said “we can’t do anything because the manager is not in yet until 2pm” then it changed to 3pm. We have arrived back to our house, called the hotel again and they said “manager won’t be in till tomorrow” so still no solution. The fact that my kids had to sleep in that room because we got back from the game so late and someone has not called to PROFUSELY apologize to us is simply mind blowing. I’m an attorney and do not complain very much at all, but this is so basically violating of everything a hotel is supposed to be, I had to say something and warn families with kids to steer clear of this hotel. To make it worse, my husband also went to the front desk and the lady’s response to him was “ok so you just want money.” We would like an apology and yes for you to compensate us for a horrible stay with our kids and to know that no family with children will ever experience this again. Sickened.

Second night was fine with unit turned off. Was impossible to control temp.

The place was very clean and felt super upscale. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety.

Clean, quiet and very convenient location. Easy to access and lovely property.

This location is very well maintained close to highways, and many restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable. Definitely recommend.

It is a nice big room. I had a couple fleas jump on me when I was laying in bed.

Great staff & clean hotel

The pool was under reconstruction when I stayed there. I didn't get any discount compared to other motels with pools. They were jackhammering it during my stay. The restaurant/bar has mediocre food and overpriced, premade drinks--it's not a real bar. The room was immaculate. The water was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was the standard, boring contemporary motel buffet of rubberized eggs, foodservice biscuits and gravy, a kids waffle bar, etc.
