When we checked in we requested the crib then went to grab our luggage and by the time we got to the room the housekeeper just finished the crib set up. It was a blessing since the little one was sleeping in our arms

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was top notch but our favorite part was Ruth at the front desk. She was there all 4 mornings of our stay and was the best start to our day. Our little guy Joe looked forward ro seeing her and telling her about our adventure from the the day before. She was wonderful and made an excellent Caramel latte!

The room ac unit was very noisy. Parking lot yelling at 2 am ( which was not the hotels fault ) water in the shower was only Luke warm. Other than that. We loved it !!

If we ever need a place to stay in this area… This will be the place. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is supposed to ask you at check in if you prefer full or partial housekeeping. Since this did not happen, when we returned to our room the second day, we had to go to front desk at 10pm to get fresh towels, wash cloths, coffee etc. Signage in the room says you will get partial housekeeping one day the full the next, then alternating for rest of stay. When asked at 10 pm, we were told by front staff, "let me check, oh well, you are checking out tomorrow. "

Clean and good location. Description on booking site listed queen beds, but the room only had fulls. Did not appreciate a $25 charge for “incidentals” upon arrival, when I had thought I had paid in full at booking.
