Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Convention Center

Quiet and location was just perfect. Breakfast hours should be alittle longer. Food ran out before late sleepers could eat.

Great location for our weekend plans. Staff was friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Great selection to choose from. The bathroom (toilet and shower) was so small you had to wedge yourself in between the shower and side of the toilet to close the door. There was about 3” of clearance between the door and the toilet when closing the door.

The staff was friendly and helpful The room was very nice and spacious and clean The service of the room was excellent. The only problem I had was with the toilet it was very low I’m getting up there in age it was hard to get back up need to add a handrail would be helpful The breakfast was average I got sausage one morning but it was very spicy 3 out of 4 of us thought that maybe offer 2 options or at very least add spicy to the card because we wouldn’t have taken any but overall experience was good and we would stay there again much better than last hotel we stayed at there in Kansas City Kansas.

This hotel was very nice. We had a king room and it was very comfortable. I can’t say anything bad about our stay. The included breakfast was well displayed and tasted good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were so uncomfortable that I slept on the floor. It said it slept 6 but the pull-out couch was only a love seat and only big enough for one person. Thankfully my three-year-old slept on the cushions. It was very clean and breakfast was great but I didn't hardly sleep.

The room was nice and spacious.

Friendly staff and beautiful property nice breakfast Walls are pretty thin, you can hear the people next you very loudly.
