Our stay was wonderful. The service and housekeeping were excellent! I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

The layout of the rooms was great and very appealing for a family. Biggest drawback since the shower is glass it would be great if it was opac or had a film on door so you can shower more Privately

We had a room with a sliding door on the restroom, you could barely slide open and shut. Swimming pool area not real clean

Nice staff.. location Worn furniture, bathroom door latch broken, air conditioner was really loud and sounded strange, paying for parking , high price for what we got

Had trouble with getting my room serviced in the morning….there 3 days had to ask twice AND they still didn’t make both beds….strange…shouldn’t have to remind them every day….took the soap and didn’t replace…..empty cleanex box for two days….not impressed for the price…..

We went for a girls' trip. I highly recommend this property. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. The grounds were safe and well-maintained. We would stay again.

It was very spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like I had to paid $5 dollars for parking which it didn’t say anything at time of reservation. It say it was free

Probably one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool was functioning and the room was warm and comfortable by the pool. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. The only complaint that I have is when we booked our room, booking.com had this hotel marked as pet friendly. Come to find out they are not pet friendly so we had to scramble last minute to find something to do with our dog.

Clean room, there was a $5 parking fee, otherwise everything was great. Staff was great breakfast was nice!

Room was clean, staff was pleasant. My room was on the end of the building and all I heard all night was the highway. Soundproofing is non existent.

Breakfast choices and amounts were not up to the standards in comparable hotels.

The indoor pool, though, was a big disappointment. A group of unsupervised preteen/early‑teen boys took over the area for nearly two hours—kicking a soccer ball around, hitting walls and fixtures, moving a trash can as a target, and being so loud our younger kids couldn’t safely enjoy the pool. A staff member briefly stepped in but didn’t address the behavior, and even when an adult with the group arrived, nothing changed. More consistent rule enforcement would really help. Our suite, which sleeps up to six, also wasn’t stocked with enough linens, and it took a while for staff to find extras. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, but the pool situation significantly affected our stay.

Loved this hotel and location. Really cute area. Nice to be near shops and restaurant/bars.

From the front desk to check out, it was awesome. Front desk was very helpful. In every way. Pool was clean. Stayed open to a decent time. Bedrooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean overall 10 out of 10.
