breakfast was great--a lot of variety and very good coffee the only quibble was a slow moving drain in the shower

This property is a refurbished hotel that has been rebranded Springhill by Marriott. We didn't fee that it lived up to Marriott standards. Most of the refurbishing has been done inside, but you can see signs of wear and tear that were not fixed or covered up. I don't know if the refurbish is complete, but it looked like nothing was done outside. The landscaping is in bad shape. Lots of weeds and crabgrass, sidewalks that aren't paved all the way to the curb causing you to have to walk across rocks and gravel and uneven surface. The shower faucet wouldn't function properly so that there was water coming out of the faucet and showered at same time, so you'd be standing in water while taking your shower. Had two tv's in the room with two different remotes and neither remote would function properly. It really looked like a quick poorly planned refurbishing that shouldn't live up to Marriott standards.

Everything was great, I loved the healthier breakfast options. Room was nice and comfortable. Only one staff member wasn’t as friendly as the rest and that was when I checked in. They changed my guest to 3 adults because my 11 year old is tall and noticed a change to my pricing compared to what it said on here.

Very clean place and the new thing at least for me tho is that on the breakfast they were changing the eggs for fresh ones every so often, also very high quality products, from bread all the way to the coffee and juice, I mean name brands, I recommend this place 100%. The price was cheap for today standards but that depends on the day and all that, the pool is small but good keep in mind this is not a resort. Over all very pleased and satisfied with it. I would stay again if time allows it.

The eggs and meat on the breakfast buffet weren’t warm

Overall clean and well maintained. Only complaint the floor had something sticky spilled on it and was very uncomfortable stepping on that at night.

But do wish breakfast was served a little later. For vacation travelers, 9:00 can be early. I actually arrived a few minutes before 9:00 & food items had already been put away.
