Clean room. Great mattress. Quiet. Simply a nice experience.

This hotel should be due for an update soon. Overall our stay was fine for a quick three night stay.

Was nice

Clean room. Good breakfast. Safe property.

My room was very comfortable. My upstairs neighbor was heavy footed and appeared to be running laps in his room at 5 AM the first morning. My next door neighbor was loudly doing medical dictation at 4:30 AM the second morning then had the news blaring at 6 AM. The shower had weak flow, but on the upside was super hot and the head tall enough to stand under. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Everything was pretty clean/in good repair. The ac was a little loud when it kicked on and off. Overall, not bad stay, but don't expect anything spectacular at this price point.

The coffee machine was a nice improvement too. Nice staff!
-
There were no staff present at the desk in the morning to get a copy of my bill. need that so my employer will pay

Would like a coffee maker in room. Couldn't find hair dryer. Housekeeping was pretty loud as they worked the floor in the a.m. we had arrived late and tried to sleep in. Loved the Dove products.

It was wonderful seeing the huge green trees from our windows. I only wish the window would open to let fresh air in,even a few inches.I get it not safe from 2nd floor. First time there we had a great time.

Nice location. Clean room friendly staff

Staff was very friendly, clean and in a good area. Microwave did not function but was offered a replacement. The room was on the second floor above the pool and you can definitely hear the noise.

There was no sign or notice posted to inform guests that the pool would be closed or out of service. Our children had been looking forward to swimming all week, so they were understandably very disappointed when we arrived and found that the pool was closed without any prior warning.
