The limited TV volume was understandable but hard if your limited hearing.

Breakfast worked, varied, good options. The Inn's setting was quiet, away from freeway noise, in amongst other businesses. It was well-kempt, only four floors and the kingsize bed was comfortable. Great value for the money. All staff were pleasant, responsive. Parking was close. Easy access to major routes.

Staff checked us in quickly and let us know about the breakfast times for the next morning. Plus gave us two complimentary bottles of water.

I came to Kansas City for two fundamental reasons, I needed to rest and this became impossible. In the room on our side (room 200) many children were housed and on 3 occasions with screams, discomfort at the door that connected the rooms and extreme noises, for this reason my rest was zero and I had to present myself outdated, and annoyed at my two events.

So clean and comfortable!! In a very nice location near all kinds of restaurants. Quiet through the night. Very friendly staff!! Super easy to make and manage our reservation. Super easy on the traveler. Will be back!!

We were at the end of the building on the third floor. Using the stairs and parking on the end of the building was very convenient for us. Biggest problem… all the weed smoking that occurred in the stairwell. I don’t usually have a problem at all with that. But it was a giant hot box for smokers. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. It was so strong and gross. I was disappointed in my stay and won’t stay there again. Staff was so very nice and did their best. Just didn’t seem like there was enough of them.

The hotel was clean and bright. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaners did a great job. We appreciated the availability of coffee in lobby and full breakfast.

My one complain would be the pool. 9am-10pm. Some of us would like an early morning swim.
