Rooms were clean. Staff at the desk were helpful and attentive! Parking was a breeze especially during the World Cup. Included breakfast was wonderful for a quick bite to get started for the day. Great value and overall wonderful stay!

It appeared the floors had not been vacuumed! We collected what I think was cat hair on the bottom of our shoes!! Then the bathroom floor was still wet, so I wiped it with toilet paper. The paper was not only very dirty, but full of A LOT of hair. It was extremely gross!!

It was a typical Hampton Inn, comfortable bed Front desk staff needs training. Not friendly. I had paid booking.com for my room while making reservations. Receptionist told me the card on file was rejected and I need to call booking.com. I couldn’t find a number to call booking.com. He made me wait and fumbled with the computer and finally figured it out. Not a good experience after a long day of traveling.

Issues with not getting my receipt emailed for a reservation last week. The explanation of not receiving was that I booked through a third party (Expedia) ! Also, one morning the “ Free Breakfast “ from 6AM-9:30AM was late arriving, so no breakfast at 8:30 AM when I had to be at the Hospital with my wife.

The location was great. Close to places to eat and shopping. The bed was nice. I liked the tall shower and shower head options. The fragrance in one of the elevators was really bad. Breakfast could have been better.

Very nice facility. My only concern was the limp flat small pillows in the king sized bed. Please add more of get the size appropriate for a king sized bed. Thanks for asking.
