No hot water. The tub didn’t drain either and the staff could not help us at all.

Room wasn't ready in time, woman at the front desk was rude, ac didn't work properly, stains on the floor.

Beds were uncomfortable shower heads need to be replaced ask the front desk about it and they said maintenance would check it out that never did The bright side was breakfast was good parking was plentiful will probably look for better accommodations when visiting again

The morning after our stay, there was no hot water from either the sink or shower. Plus all of the coffee packs were decaf. When I brought these issues up to the front desk at checkout, not to complain but to make them aware, the clerk did not even look up at me and replied uh, ok. Never looked up from the screen. Poor customer service. Conrad and Paris, do better.

The Hamptons hotel was very neat and clean. It was also quiet and peaceful. The buffet breakfast was quite decent. Overall, my stay there was very pleasant. The price was certainly reasonable.

Our room wasn’t super clean - as there was a used bandaid on the bed & a lot of crumbs/debris/dust on the mattress. I get that’s not an every time you clean thing, but it should be enough to not get that bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned daily (4 day stay), which maybe that’s their policy but I didn’t see that posted anywhere. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels & wash cloths. The bed wasn’t comfortable to me, but my kids didn’t complain so that may be a mom in her upper 30’s thing. The location was great for where we needed to be, which was amazing but I don’t think we’d stay here again.

On the plus side, lots of places to eat very close, surprisingly quiet and very comfortable bed. The staff was mostly friendly, although they didn't bring up an extra blanket when I asked them to.
