The property was nice! Hamptons are usually a go to for me. I did like that we had everything around us! So it was very convenient My only complaint would be I did find a bug the first night there. I did take photos. It was found in the bathroom. I didn’t tell the front desk mainly because we were just there in the room to sleep and get ready. So we weren’t there as often but it was a little icky seeing a bug.

Spent a few days there for business. The bed was OK. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff was nice. Breakfast was better than average

Our room had the stench of wet dog and the front desk staff offered no remedy. The carpet in the room was extremely sticky. On top of this parking was very limited due to visitors of guests taking up spots and even guests with trailers taking up multiple spots.

Very clean and location is perfect.

The toilet ran continuously through the evening. When the front desk was notified they said they would generate a work order. Three shower fixture was loose and not adjustable and we were told that would be on the same work order.

Breakfast is OK. Bacon and potatoes every day, scrambled egg and omelet on alternative dates, boiled eggs, waffle machines. Drinking water in fitness room tastes great. The microwave in my room had a broken turntable but I was too lazy to point it out to the staff so that was really on me. Overall a great stay.

Staff was wonderful, friendly upon check in. Great idea offering a bagel on the go for anyone who could not make breakfast. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft in our our opinion. The ottoman in our room was broken, three of the casters were tucked in a corner so it couldn't roll. I notified the front desk the first day we checked in. It was never replaced or fixed. We would not have used it but the next guest might.

The room had two tissues in the box. Asked for more and had to pick them off the housekeeper:s cart. Otherwise very good.

Clean room. Staff was very nice. Incident with the ac in the room was resolved efficiently.
