Clean room, friendly staff. Not much for breakfast options. Was hoping for at least one gluten free option even If i had to buy it at the little market shop. But there were none. Comfortable beds and pillows. All in all, a great overnight stay at a good price.

I’ve been staying here for the last two months and this is the best experience that I’ve had. This is a must stay hotel if you’re ever in Lebanon.

Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about, but good enough. Hanging clothes should be minimum, as there is very little room for them. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Room felt like a hospital. Entered and room was sweltering hot, turned on Ac ran for an hour then totally shut off, no fan nothing. Thought power had gone out. Reached out to front desk after giving it some time and found out that is the system. Eventually it kicked back on, and did this through the night never fully getting close to set temp.

The bathroom shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was residue on the bathroom walls and the pink shower bacteria. Everything else was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. The little treat bag for our dog was a special touch. The tv was all blue and couldn’t be fixed.

Easy to get to on and off the highway. Quick check-in and checkout. Friendly staff. Great blackout curtains. In N Out Burger nearby was a plus.

Everything was great. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Limited space for clothing but otherwise nice place to stay.

I did not stay, my flight was cancelled and never made it to check in. I asked for a refund or credit but they said even under the circumstances they were honoring their cancellation policy. I was hoping, as a platinum member there might be a chance. My question is, why did I not receive my points for the stay since I was charged?
