The staff, the size of the room, the breakfast-all fantastic! We liked everything

The only complaint would be the breakfast food. Some of it was processed food and had very little taste to it.

The place was great, but we would have liked it better if the pool had been open. No pool which we did not know about until we checked in

Clean and spacious Construction close to property, but not bothersome

The location. The room was over priced. We were given a disability room for some reason. (Did not request this) The room was weirdly big. The only options for sitting (other than on the bed) were one desk chair or the sofa that was 20 ft from the TV. The shower was horrible. Water got all over the entire bathroom when showering then continued to leak so we had to make a towel dam to keep the bathroom from flooding. Then the electricity in the bathroom just quit. Tried to reset the GFI, nothing. We just got back after a long day, we were tired and had to get up early so we just had to adjust to no electricity in the bathroom as we were leaving the next morning. Didn't want maintenance in our room at 10:30 pm.

Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky. We had kids with us and it made us question if they really clean the rooms thoroughly or not. We asked yo checkout and go somewhere else. The front desk said yo get money back we would have to talk yo a manager. They would leave a note to have her call us in the morning . This is day 5 of no call so I’m righting a review. I did not want to make a negative review but we still have not heard back yet.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel on an overnight trip for a concert in Nashville, but it was definitely worth the price. The staff were nice and friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, the room well maintained, and the included breakfast was rather delicious. Definitely would stay here again in the future should I stay in the Nashville area again!

Clean room and easy check in. Staff at check in had great hospitality. Breakfast could be a little better. Items were not replaced for a few days. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

size of room and walk in shower did not have premium channels i.e. HBO for free. Even lower class hotels offer this. Pillows to soft Need firmer pillows and could have a lazy boy type recliner.Also price was high for my budget
