MainStay Suites Lebanon - Nashville Area

The elevator sounded scary. They added chemicals to the pool during the peak hours of wanting to swim and not being able to which is why we chose that hotel. We were not pleased that we couldn’t swim on a 90 degree day. The coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast on the second morning. All in all, a disappointing hotel experience.

Bad customer service

Bathrooms did not provide conditioner, only a small bottle of shampoo. Two towels for a 6 person room. Pull out couch had zero bedding and they couldn’t seem to figure out how to get more. Hallway smelled like weed. Breakfast was decent.

It was perfect location for what we needed! Plenty of room and great breakfast. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, from the moment we entered the common areas, we noticed a very strong and unusual odor. The smell became significantly worse as we reached the elevator and walked through the second-floor hallway. While the odor was present in our room as well, it was less intense and somewhat tolerable compared to the rest of the property. The smell itself is difficult to describe, but it was extremely overwhelming and unpleasant. It was strong enough to cause a physical reaction, including nausea and stomach discomfort. This was not a minor inconvenience—it had a significant impact on our stay and made it difficult to feel comfortable in the hotel. I did report the issue to the front desk during our stay, but no resolution was offered. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to others.

It is an older property, needs updating. Breakfast is fine

Staff failed to inform us that the TV did not work then lied about it. Very little hot water or water pressure in shower. Won't go back there.

The room were not clean we come to our hotel room and we’re the comforters had dry dirty blood on it no extra towels, no bar soap no anything in this room the front desk and ask you to bring everything to your housekeeping very poor

The breakfast menu was very good. The staff was friendly.

Quiet and clean Towels for 2 with 3 quest but gave towels when asked

Kitchen was amazing. Stove top, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and a garbage disposal. Nice beds very clean. Enjoyed so much that i will be using this motel again when i come back to Nashville

Staff was friendly. Nice hot breakfast with a lot of options. There are also quite a few fast food options close by. The room was big with a large kitchenette. The hallways and rooms were a little warm for my taste and the smell of the pool was strong throughout the hotel. Overall a nice experience.

The staff is the only reason I rated this hotel so high. The gentleman and woman were amazing & very friendly! The hallway smelled awful, guests were heard screaming 11pm to 12am, which the gentleman took care of promptly, but I think it’s also majorly in part to the thin walls. I’ve had better stays for a cheaper price. TBH the price just doesn’t reflect the stay. The pool was also out of service. Breakfast offered many options. Room was okay.

This place is an extended stay place that was not advertised that way. There was dried blood on the wall but the thermostat in our room. There was a shady person hanging around the front and inside the lobby. If I would have known all this there is no way I would ever stay here. We felt very unsafe at this hotel. I asked to cancel my room for the second day and was told no even though I bought insurance. I’m fighting that and will be asking for my money back. The entire hotel if you want to call it that… smells like mold and homeless people. Even if I was desperate I would rather sleep at a rest stop. I’m not a difficult person or entitled person but this place was beyond disgusting.

Check-in was super easy. The lady at the desk was fantastic - she had a great personality and sense of humor, which, after driving on the road all day, I appreciated. The hotel shares the same building as Sleep Inn, so that was a bit confusing at first. Breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable.

It was amazing and the area was well maintained

The staff was nice and accommodating, the breakfast had a fair selection. The smell everywhere from the entrance to the pool and rooms was a unpleasant however we still used the pool a little bit. We like that the property is so close to food and shopping options. The rooms are equipped with a little kitchen. Maybe booking through expedia should be improved.
