They need to get control of the cockroach problem and they need a hierarchy of management to get reasonable customer service. The general manager, Kelly, blew me off when I tried to get a partial refund. She tried to tell me Hotels.com would have to refund the money and Hotels.com said the hotel would have to since they collected my money. Kelly gave me a bogus phone number and email address to corporate, and when I contacted her back to tell her that neither of them worked, she said there was nothing she could do and that her regional manager was not available I caught or killed 15 to 20 cockroaches during my 18 day stay. Being an extended stay, they don’t do housekeeping unless someone moves out of a room, so dirt builds up on everything. I cannot recommend.

Shower head water pressure the greatest. Room clean except the floor. Took shower be going to bed. I pee all night. Dirt from floor on sheets and bottom of my feet dirty. No coffee pot in room or in downstairs. No smoking policy however white manager with long hair freely walked around chain smoking and drinking coffee. Apparently lives on premises. Construction workers and other men everywhere drinking beer in the parking lot. I’m 63 and I get stared out as I unload my stuff and bring it inside. I’m past “hot”. Party next door to me and I get a knock at 10:30 on my door from a visitor who got the wrong room. Not safe for women to go out after dark. Check in room size of a bathroom an If it’s cold or raining outside, there’s only room for 4 people. The whole place was a joke. Read the reviews, and the hotel answers everyone the same “ugh yes we will address those issues”. Way over priced for nothing. Note on elevator says “ when checking out take YOUR TRASH TO THE DUMPSTER LOCATED OUTSIDE! You gotta be kidding me. Never again will I stay here.

Close to anything I need or want plus the employees were cool as a fan. Someone smoking outside my Non Smoking Room and my food is ordered via Doordash was stole.

Staff is always helpful and accommodating. Full size fridge with freezer was VERY CONVENIENT. Slamming doors by rude people.

My daughter did not stay. There was brown smeary stuff on the windows. Drug dealings in the parking lot. A woman passed out in the floor of the lobby. I want a total $106 REFUND!!!! This place is unsafe!! Management.

Location was good. Do NOT walk on the floors,with just socks on! If they are white they won't be after you walk from the bed to the bathroom! Oh & did i mention the roach that crawled in front of me as I was walking down the 1st floor hallway to my room. Crawled right out from under a room door & crossed over to the other side. Look & why if check out is at 11am is house keeping knocking on doors at 9:30? I will NEVER go cheap travel again. You get what you pay for!!!!
