Having a kitchenette was nice and large enough pet spot outside. Was not aware of the extra pet registration fee for staying only overnight. I get the need for longer stays but would not stay again if traveling for just a night. The receptionist was very friendly when checking in but during checkout was on phone, obviously a personal call and glanced at but ignored me when trying to hand in keys. Wanted a receipt or invoice. Went back in right before leaving and she was still on her phone and ignored again so just left keys on counter. If I needed a place for a month or more I may consider staying there but one to a few days I would go elsewhere. Get breakfast and cheaper pet fee.

Never will stay there again. Kitchenet didnt have cookware, dishes or a coffee pot. No coffee even on site.

I didn’t. Someone in maintenance knocked on our door at 8 am asking if there was a “black box” behind the door. I said no there’s a breaker box. He didn’t want to take my word for it and rudely popped in. It was indeed a breaker box like I said. They left, then the fire alarm proceeded to go off and on for over twenty minutes. It was pretty dirty, we had to put towels down on the floor to walk barefoot. The shower had soap scum and hair in it.

the receptionist was amazing. so kind and a pleasure to work with i do not recall her name but she was a vegetarian black woman with a beautiful smile! loved her and will be back to this location when a get a way is needed.

Great value Not that it mattered to us but the lack of amenities was kind of a surprise but given the low price not unexpected.

The property was all it needed to be for a turn around trip for a wedding The toilet did not work properly & we would have to open the tank to flush it. Then, in the morning of check out, we were disturbed 3 times by housekeeping rushing us before the actual checkout time. Checkbout is at 11a and they were knocking on the door at 9a I think & 2 other times after that. We left at 10:45.... so within our windows of a ailability. I could understand a knock at 10:45, but not any earlier than that.

The GM has no class and bit racist I booked with them an couldn’t check in until 3pm and she didn’t know that an called police to put me off property for no reason THE CLEANING LADIES BUM RUSH YOUR ROOM GO IN IT WHILE YOUR GONE
