Good place

I'll stay here, when I'm in the area.

Don’t use Expedia took me over an hour to check in because I paid them the full amount, including taxes and they only sent the motel they out for the room didn’t cover Taxes when Expedia was called. They told me just pay taxes again.

Perfect for our family trip with kids.

The room was pretty clean, but the parking lot is limited. Breakfast was pretty good and overall the staff were nice and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was the wifi internet disconnecting when you go out somewhere and come back.

This property was fantastic. It was clean and well-cared for, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was great. I will come here again.

Quality Inn is usually low on our selection list, but this particular property is a shining exception. It is remarkably clean and well-kept. The staff is great, the rooms are updated, and everything works. Highly recommended!

I was Email two days, No any replay I was chatting with service manager no response

The front desk tried not to be evident or even acknowledge your arriving. That said, the place was clean and well maintained.

Good place

I have stayed here several times. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The only request I would have is to add fresh fruit to the breakfast buffet.

Clean room, nice adjustable shower head, nice bath exhaust so not tons of steam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but very small space to maneuver. No residual smoke lingering in halls or rooms like some converted smoke free hotels. Enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable.

Second time staying here because it’s so clean and close to restaurants/shopping.

Safe, well kept and very convenient to Nashville.

Comfortable, clean, safe and convenient to Nashville. I'm a repeat customer.

Property was well cared for. Older building, but someone is breathing new life into it. Are all the updates done perfectly….no….but the property IS updated very nicely, especially given the price you pay for a room. Staff at the front desk were wonderful at both check in and check out. Staff kept the breakfast area stocked for the whole time. Again, not a huge variety, like at some of the big places, but definitely outdid themselves with the price you pay for a room. Housekeeping was phenomenal. We stayed three nights…each day our room was cleaned, beds remade, towels and paper supplies restocked. You don’t get that at some bigger places. Just a very nice place to stay outside of Nashville. About 30 minute drive to downtown. Only hotel/motel we saw in the immediate area, but off the main road a little bit, and surrounded by more than enough gas stations and places to eat. Publix supermarket was right up the road as well. A little gem of a place if you’re not looking to break the bank, but stay in a very nice, well cared for place.
