Good place to stay, the room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall a good stay but the floors weren’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced daily and our stove stopped working temporarily at one point. But staff was helpful.

The front desk hung up on me when I called to ask a question. The check-in was difficult, and the room was disgusting. This hotel did not feel safe either. It was also much further away from destinations than stated. I requested a refund through the property after sending photos of hair and stains on the beds; however, they refused to work with Expedia to issue a refund. The hotel will also charge a $250 security deposit upon arrival. Do not stay here, my family left due to the unsanitary room and unsafe feeling.

The room was really nice, and the staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they charged a pet fee for our dogs despite the fact that they are emotional support animals. This extra fee was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website.

Stayed 3 nights for my business trip, extended my stay for next weekend due to friendly staff, clean room, quiet environment even with the highway is near, and great security system in place. Highly recommended, ask for Angela or Marvin, they're so informative and has a positive vibes.

Good convenient location. We loved the space of the room. We only stayed the weekend for the nascar race but there was much more room than a regular hotel. Comfortable beds. Nice to deal with at check in. Many places to shop and restaurants close by. Could have been cleaner. Tub grout was dirty. Walls needed to be wiped down in the bathroom. We didnt use stove, but there was a pizza pan left in the oven wirh crumbs on it and the refrigerator needed to be wiped out. Looked like tomatoes had leaked in the bottom. I also had requested a later check out when I reserved the room. Couldn't get a straight answer until the day of check out. I wish shed have just told me no from rge start instead of dragging it out. So dont expect a late check out. Would we stay again? Probably. I go prepared with lysol and disinfect wipes no matter where we stay so im gonna clean up before we use anything whether were in a cheaper hotel or the Embassy. Cheaper to rent for the week, than by the night. Had i of checked both beforehand I probably would've just rented for the week and stayed and extra night or 2.0

Everything was great! We stayed the weekend for the nascar races and they were so helpful when we needed late check ins and it was quick and easy and the rooms were clean and very home like!! Would definitely stay again!

Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate me and my family. We were there for the NASCAR race. We got to the hotel around 12:30 and was advised that we couldn't check in early due to a full house the night before and all house keepers had called out. Jennifer held our bags in her office so we could head straight to the track. She advised us to call her no matter what time we were leaving the track, so she could give us our stuff. We got back to the hotel about 12 AM. We called her and she was waiting outside for us as we pulled into the parking lot. She gave us our bags and walked us to our room. She is definitely a keeper and went above and beyond for us. We will be staying here again next year for the race because of her hospitality and patience. She was completely overwhelmed and had to clean rooms herself but she never took her stress out on us. She was absolutely fabulous! Thank you Jennifer! The room we got was exceptionally clean. Everything was perfect.
