Our stay at the Lakehouse was fabulous--even though a cold and rainy weekend in May. I want to return to be able to take advantage of the kayaks on the beautiful Lake Laurel! Everything was perfect: lovely room, delicious breakfast, great location near Melville's house at Pittsfield and the Hancock Shaker Village, both amazing sites! Wonderful inn keeper and kind staff! GREAT!

The hosts went above and beyond with everything. Sangria as we arrived, a bottle of wine in the room and the breakfast was fabulous! Being right on the lake was lovely. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem. We loved our brief stay at this charming, old-school lodge on a lake. We were welcomed with mulled cider (adult mix), brownies, and kindness by a charming hostess who turned was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. We had a lovely view of Laurel Lake. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of high quality. Breakfast more than met our exectations. We can't wait to come back!

The Inn is lovely. Friendly, welcoming and upbeat staff and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The room was very comfortable. The lake is sweet and beautiful. Breakfast was DELISH! Great stay! I highly recommend!

Welcoming Hostess, but was told room servicing would be limited due to staff shortage. Excellent breakfast. Boating equipment was in poor shape. Many items were unusable. Lawn chairs and outdoor gathering areas were very good. Disappointed with refrigerator size in room. Nice bottle of wine in room. Too many requests for tips, which I feel is inappropriate at an expensive establishment.

Beautiful spot with lovely views of the lake. Trip to Tanglewood and access to all the neighboring towns makes it convenient. Has a bit more of a B&B vibe than an Inn.

This is a fantastic spot. Kurt and his staff are great. It was everything we wanted for a trip to the Berkshires.
