Nothing absolutely disgusting facility now I am out 206.00 got there rang phone numbers no one answered had to get another hotel. A prostitute approached my husband and said do you want a half hour or a hour. Absolutely disgusting hotel and property!!!!!!!

I stayed there last year, weird but clean this year my reservation was cancelled, a few months later I tried again and it was again cancelled via email saying the building was not safe to occupy. Both last year and certainly this year poor communication, I called multiple times never got a return call or email other than cancelling my reservation twice!

Nobody at the hotel responded to any phone call or email. Was never able to check in.

They canceled our reservation without any warning. We showed up for the night and they denied us access. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You looked very suspicious.

The room was very clean. There was no one at the office, either in the evening or morning and the instructions for getting into the room were not clear. A sign says to call a number. There’s a phone on the counter so I used that, naturally. It did nothing. Finally realized I had to use my cell phone. Then I reached someone. There is no chair in the room nor luggage racks for suitcases. Plenty of room for both.

no breakfast service. Ate across the street at the Rose Diner. Check in was by cell phone, not in person.

Location Bedding uncomfortable, only two small pillows for a king bed, mattress awful. AC either too high or no cooling, TV wasn’t working, off the wall. Light switch for bathroom outside of bathroom around a wall. Extremely disappointing.

Room seemed very clean. Small refrig was helpful. One of two mattresses was too soft - caused back problems. The other mattress (used on second night) was good. Shower water pressure and temperature were good. Condition of the linens was very good. Room was quiet. Written clarification that WiFi password is not required would have been helpful. Checkout time may have been noted somewhere but I couldn't locate it to confirm. Minor thing - TV remote needed new batteries. There wasn't a bedside outlet for charging phone, but that's understandable in an older building.

It was close to the venue we were going to an event we attended. The room was clean but worn the hair dryer that was wall mounted did not work the bed linens were worn, no on- site staffing very little communication between staff members. We requested towels and supplies for the room ( towels wash clothes hand towels facial tissues and coffee for morning Friday A.M. never arrived until I requested again on Saturday A.M. leaving us no clean towels or wash cloths when we returned Friday night at 11;30 P.M.

Interesting that there isn't someone there for check in/ check out. You go into the office and call, and program the key card yourself. Can be a little off putting if you don't expect it but works fine.

Had no room for us upon arrival. Booked well and paid in advance and still no room. No one on site to assist. Everything done via telephone with the so called reservation mgr. I've never experienced such a Mickey Mouse" operation. Cancelled my reservation and requested a full refund. Never, never again!!

Location and price Ancient. Mattresses had to be 20 years old. All around kinda yucky.

1Nothing!! Being clean, having staff, and also an ice machine

There was no breakfast, office was locked most of the time I was there! Customer service was non existing! Had to sign ourselves in, no one at front desk. Trash was never picked up, I made my own bed every morning. On the phone, was told motel was full, but three of us were there and stated we had paid for rooms. Finally, we were told how to sign in and receive a key card, and got rooms. Rooms were clean and fine, although decor was probably 20 years old. Don't bother to represent this place. See above!

We were literally in route to the Berkshires when I got a call from The Pilgrim Inn canceling our reservations for that night and the same day. Everything else was booked as it was a holiday weekend and they left us stranded!
-
Very nice view of the mountains with a train at night around 630 pm

Nothing on the website compares with reality. Don't ask!
