Hampton Inn Lehi-Thanksgiving Point

Great clean place to stay. Didn’t did much other than sleep and have breakfast, but we like this particular Hampton since it sits between the salt lake valley and Utah valley. Good eats nearby

Breakfast cold very messy

We liked the central location of this hotel. It was close to all the places we were planning to visit. The rooms both had curtain issues, and the hotel staff went out of its way to get us 2 other rooms that did not have curtain issues. The hotel room was clean. The staff also made sure that they could get the pool open for us. We would stay here again in the future.

We requested an early check in and the staff was very accommodating.

There was a stain on the side of the bed and on the floor, so it didn't feel very clean.

It was very plain. And you could tell it had some use to it. But it did not affect the comfort and cleanliness.

The pool The staff and service when we checked in we had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were dirty beds hadn’t been changed we found hair and stains and the smell of mens cologne still lingering in the air the bathroom towels had hair on them. The rooms were very rundown for what we paid for the staff was really rude we didn’t receive housekeeping only one time on the third day because we had to hunt the general manager down after asking housekeepers. They were very rude to my young daughter saying they don’t speak English and just continuing to work instead of getting help the general manager Scott when we told him everything he was very rude. He refused to give his last name and he did absolutely nothing about everything. We went through the front desk, girl was very rude. She was a young Latina girl who didn’t want to be bothered with anything ect… we had a hard time getting someone on the phone at front desk as they seem to constantly be away or they leave for an hour and then come back. I have yet to hear from anyone. This was the worst day and experience ever I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My favorite! I will always stay there when I come to Lehi, Utah. Comfortable with attentive staff. Very conveniently located to my relatives and fun activities.

Loved the property! Very clean, safe location and comfortable. Washer/dryer broken and we really needed it late at night when we checked in

Stay here if you want a nice hotel. There are several hotels in this area and to my knowledge this hotel has the best bang for your buck. We have tried almost all of the other hotels and always come back to this hotel. They are always so kind and ready to help without a second thought. The breakfast could be kept warmer but I am sure it's a tough trying to please everyone. We will not hesitate to stay there everytime we are in the area.
