Hampton Inn Lehi-Thanksgiving Point

Staff was great. Place was clean. Food was OK. Male staff needs to learn how to gage when to start cooking more food. Overall I give this location at 5 star review!

Everything is good,specially the ladies in front desk,they are so nice and helpful.

The room was spacious, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

The only thing that we found to be less satisfactory with other hotel was the breakfast. Our last morning we skipped breakfast and ate elsewhere.

Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Television didn’t work. Stairs, hallways, elevator not clean.

I love the staff and the breakfast was wonderful! The cooler was way to hot or cold.

The rooms need major upgrade . The maids were terrible . Forgot our room and then argued about giving us towels . Breakfast and front desk staff were excellent . Would not stay again

Overall, this is decent hotel with good customer service and absolutely amazing food options… come just for the food around the hotel. There is at least five restaurants surrounding the property that are less than a two minute walk.

Rooms were clean and everything functioned. Breakfast was very good, with many options. Reasonably priced. Would stay again when in the area.

Good When we arrived after 11 PM, no one was at the front desk. I knocked on every door I could find and searched for about 15 minutes. And then went outside to tell my wife that I couldn’t find anybody to check us in. When I returned, the Night clerk was there. She indicated they were shortstaffed and she was doing lots of different jobs and apologize for not being accessible.

The location but when we got to our room the AC didn’t work and they didn’t have any more rooms . They ran my card and I had to wait a few days for refund and had to go to another hotel chain that cost me more and further than my family Disappointed in Hampton inn . They couldn’t put me in another room. They couldn’t refund me to use at another hotel so that left me no money for my trip cause I had to pay new hotel too

What I liked was that everything is nearby, restaurants, freeway, shops... convenience stores Everything was fine.

Before we reserved our stay at the Hampton, we called to make sure there was no remodeling on the floor we could be staying on and that the pool and hot tub were open and available at the date of our stay. We were told everything was in proper order. After arriving a few days later the pool was closed for repairs. This was so frustrating because grandpa had two grandchildren who were anxious to swim after a long drive and for the grandparent because he then had to find a way to entertain them before bed time. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was great with some good options. Pool and hot tub was fun. Sink stopper was broken and had to pry it out to get the water to drain. Curtain broke on us and they didn’t have another room available so we had to deal with the sun blaring in our room at 5am.

The woman at the front desk was kind, a gentleman who works there came behind the desk and was trying to joke around and you could tell the woman was embarrassed and wanted him to be quiet so she could do her job professionally.

The common areas were not great for comfortable visiting.

The TV in the room didn’t work and they had no maintenance man on sight. The roman shades could not be raised. The AC was really noisy. The ceiling had a roof leak not repaired. The breakfast was good.
