The booking was exactly as explained on the listing for the hotel. Everything looked like the pictures, which you can trust. We enjoyed our stay with Hilton. We also had the best sleep of the trip here as well. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was definitely cleaned daily.

I didn’t like how the soap and shampoo weren’t checked each day to see if they need to be filled. My daughters and I stayed there and we ran out of soap and conditioner and shampoo. No kitchen sink or counter space for morning coffee or snacks. No drawers for clothes or snack foods. Breakfast was awful and so bland. No flavor. The only good thing was the pastries.

Cleanness of location. Staff was friendly. The restaurant food was not worth what I paid for it.

I do wish there were different options for pillows — they were all down or some sort of down alternative and very airy, so as soon as you rest your head on them they were flat as a pancake. It would be nice if there were firmer options.

The check in was slow and a bit frustrating. The young man was trying to get everything to line up but because I had used my Hotels.com app, I was being told that there were challenges matching the price with their system. Most everything else was good except that the beds were hard as a rock! I was very stiff each morning from the hard bed. Otherwise the only other concern is that the property which leads to the hotel is very k regrown with weeds and there is only one side street in which to enter and exit from the property. The hotel was clean and all the remaining front desk clerks greeted us every time we entered and exited.

Room was quiet on the 5th floor. Beds were comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable. Breakfast was superb!

Nice area. Not a lot of traffic. Close to outlet mall and hospital. Clean and friendly staff.
