Stove in the kitchen didn't work, which was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there. Staff acted "put out" anytime we needed anything.

Everything & everyone was fantastic ... Except.... this is the 2nd time I have booked a disability room "with a roll-in shower" as stated in the room description, only to arrive & find out that is not what I got.

Breakfast was 10/10 everyday. Whole experience was not the best. Our room electric stove top did not heat up. Pool was not in the best accessible condition. Staff was not too welcoming with warm greeting or be of assistance when near the front desk.

Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel.

I always love staying here! It is so clean and the layout is perfection. The kitchenette is wonderful and the full-size fridge is a welcome bonus. It is very homey and feels like your own condo!

I came for a relaxing night with me and my baby. Advertised on the website was pack n plays, but was told when I was there that there were none. The lights in the shower area and bathroom did not work. It caused my baby to fall and get a goose egg on his head. The tv streaming didn’t work, and even the live tv would occasionally just turn off and the sound didn’t match up to what the show characters were saying. The air conditioning would not allow me to control it at all. It was constantly pumping out cold air and I was unable to change it, making it very cold in our room. It’s unfortunate that I spent so much money for a relaxing night to have the exact opposite.
