Tru is typically a good stay. The property is always clean. The shower did have a part that needed repair, but it wasn't a big deal. This trip I was relocating across the country and had to travel with our dog. The dog fee was $75 even though we stayed one night. Other hotels had more reasonable rates for the animal fee. I think it is high considering the rooms don't have carpet and it was one night. I think it would be reasonable if we stayed longer. Just something to think about if you have a pet. There is a dog area at the side of the hotel, and the block is walkable which is nice.

We stayed at other Tru hotels and this one was subpar. Room floor was sticky and bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. Otherwise it was a fine stay.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and how pleasant the staff was from the AM to the PM shift.

The convenience, the pillows were very soft, loved the liquid hand soap in the bathroom and lotion. The front end staff was friendly and offered me bottles of water. There were some loud guests in the front entry when I got there. A few more hot breakfast options would be awesome

The place was so clean the customer service was very good the indoor pool was so nice 10/10 👌

We had to stay 2 nights since we had to be out of our rental and our new house closing was 3 days out. Very helpful. Accepts animals so it was nice to be able to have our pets allowed. Very clean and friendly. Would recommend. Right off the freeway and close to a lot of shopping and food choices.

The room was super clean, the lobby was very inviting. Service was great Great view from the fourth floor, great bed and water pressure was very nice, even for the fourth floor. Near the elevator the white boards suggestions was really smart and fun to read. Great idea Not a lot of selection for breakfast. The hotel is near the freeway and on the the fourth floor the speeding cars were a little annoying. However I still slept well

There was a lot of paint coming off the walls and the window didn't work you had to manually do it when there was a button that was broke on the wall and then the TV didn't work it didn't connect to my boyfriend's PS5 which it has at every other Hotel but then the TV itself wasn't working it was just not a very good experience
