Didn't use the laundry service. Breakfast was okay. The eggs and sausage were lukewarm and tasted like they were leftovers. But I'm no expert. Still love staying here. I travel a lot for work, and I will stay at TRU hotels everywhere they are available.

The hotel was nice and offered a good breakfast. However, the step-in shower we had specifically reserved was so slippery we couldn’t even use it. I asked the clerk for a tub mat, but she said they didn’t have one and to just put a towel down. We won’t be able to stay at a Tru Hotel again as this is the 2nd time with a slippery shower floor.

I reserved a room with 2 beds and they overbooked and stuck us in a room with 1 queen.

The property and customer service was excellent. The showers are extremely slippery when you step in. Might consider a different type of cleaner or some type of grip tape for the floor.

The floor wasn’t great and there were greasy spots on the table in the room. It effectively looks like the cleaning staff does the bare minimum to be passable. Bring your own cleaning supplies. The breakfast was decent and the pool was fine. It had towels available. But it wasn’t very clean.

This hotel was very modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside, it is not walking distance to any shopping or dining.

I made my reservations in April. Tru by Hilton was the halfway point to my destination. Arrived June 11th, myself, my husband and our pup, no problem. On the way back we arrived at Tru by Hilton on June 17th and were informed that they now charged a $75.00 non refundable pet fee, which almost doubled our rate. I found this to be totally unacceptable. I can understand charging this for people just showing up but I made reservations two months prior to my stay and there was nothing mentioned about a pet fee and I was not charged a pet fee when I stayed the previous week. Staff was friendly and just said management decided to "enforce" pet fee. Stayed at other Hilton locations and have never been charged a pet fee. Needless to say we won't be returning to Tru by Hilton in Lehi, UT.

It's in a convenient location. The rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is clean, it met our needs. The hotel is nice, I'm not a big fan of the hardwood floors in the hotel rooms, I would prefer carpet, but its not a huge deal. The pancake machine wasn't working well at breakfast, the staff had to keep coming to work on it, so the long got long and we ended up just leaving without any.

Great place to stay in Lehi. Easy access, friendly staff, great breakfast, laundry facilities clean and loved the added touch of the wall hooks for storing bags and packages!
