Courteous staff. Only issue was AC did not work properly in room, but after issue brought up to staff, they worked to correct the issue. Would stay again. Very pleasant experience

We enjoyed a great night stay. The kids swam, the beds and room were comfortable and clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the morning breakfast spread was delicious and well presented. Bonus: Minutes walk from a great outlet mall.

We have been regular customers at this hotel over the past 2 years, staying frequently for extended visits since our daughter began working in the area. We were highly disappointed during this visit for 2 reasons. 1) we always book the larger One Bedroom Suite but with no elevators nearby & a chronic health issue making walking difficult we were assured our room would always be one of the bottom 2 floors. We were given thd :rd floor

Excellent location. So close to outlet shopping. I was hesitant because I thought it might be crowded or too busy to relax. However, my hesitation was completely unwarranted! Very peaceful property while being within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Awesome vibe from the lobby all the way to the clean and spacious rooms. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Great location and the lobby had a great atmosphere. Warm and inviting. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices like fruit with berries and breakfast taco makings. There appears to be a bar and Starbucks coffee options for purchase. Cold stone ice cream for purchase in the hotel store area. Inviting warm outside pool!
