It was in a nice area, clean and the staff very helpful

There were several safety hazards, one of which was furniture left in the stairwell for DAYS. Pretty sure that’s breaking fire and safety codes

The floors were being updated, which is nice. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was really quite good and the area was clean and pleasant. The room was really cold--65 degrees--when we first arrived, but we changed the thermostat and it was better.

However our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really yummy and well stocked all through the service. The pool was fun. The workout room was good. So maybe just go in knowing they’ll be refinishing for the next month or so. We were surprise and concerned at first but the stay was actually really nice. Those working were very helpful and kind as well.

Checked in, went to the room and it wasn’t ready. Coffee on the dresser and someone had slept in the bed. Went back down and the desk apologized and give us a new room. Things happen and it’s great to be taken care. Thank you it was a great stay.

We were satisfied when we first got to the property. The front desk agent was pretty nice, and of course we were offered snacks, which was nice as well. The property itself is pretty good, and that wasn't the issue. The issue we had is that our checkout was 11 a.m., and we weren't ready to leave yet. It was about 10:30 a.m. When our door is opened by someone that I'm guessing is from Housekeeping, they did not knock before opening the door. They saw my wife and closed the door. I open the door, looked out in the hallway, and didn't see anyone. About less than five minutes later, the door opens again. I tell them that our checkout's not until 11 a.m., so why are they opening the door without knocking? And, not to mention, on the door was the "Do Not Disturb" sign. So that's three strikes for me. I can't believe that they would do that. We could have been naked. I called the front desk to let them know that's unacceptable, and all they said is they will talk to that department. Not acceptable, and the result is that we will probably never ever stay here again.

Super nice staff and great room with a full kitchen. Above average breakfast bar and great location with lots of restaurants and away from the freeway so no noise. Undergoing a minor renovation which is why I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness but it's great that they're improving the interior.

The larger space & kitchenette was very nice. This hotel was close to everything we needed

We were very disappointed because it was being remodeled. We had our granddaughter with us so we made sure we picked a hotel with a swimming pool. Needless to say, the pool was closed due to reconstruction. We were told they were putting wall paper up on our floor and at 9:00pm they were still doing it t right outside our door, that makes for a pleasant evening. Also when we got to our room we could not get the television to work. Finally the second person that came to look at it finally got it working. So to sum it up from the second we got there we had to maneuver sheets on the floor to catch all the construction matter and go around, no pool and a tv we had to have 2 people before we had one. I am sure when they get all this done the price will be too high.

The room was nice and clean. The pool closed before 11. That seemed early. The breakfast was not great.

Loved my stay!

Location and staff were great. Room was clean. Bathroom door didn’t work well and slid open. We never had a phone which I requested and never received. We had to call the main line to get extra blankets on day one and no ever answered. It was around 9:30 and the phone just rang and rang. We had to walk down to get what we needed. That sucked!

The room was clean and hopefully and friendly staff

Beautiful rooms, very clean, breakfast was great! Due to undisclosed pool renovations we were unable to use all of the amenities & the open date changed twice just while we were there. The pool & jacuzzi are closed and as far as we could tell and the staff would say it will be closed for a while.

We specifically booked this hotel for our kids to swim in the pool. Upon arrival we asked the front desk worker what time the pool closed. He informed us of the time but never mentioned to us that the pool was CLOsED for renovations. If we would have known this we would have stayed somewhere else.
