We had bugs on the floor and when I called the front desk I got the run around and lies. They made no effort to have us change rooms and then when we told them we were checking out because of the issue they just tried to look like they were calling Expedia. I finally called and got right through. The the girl tried to say that we wouldn't get a full refund and I had to persist to get the refund in full.

This place was not accommodating at all, shower didn’t work, never received cleaning service, never received fresh towels, called ahead for accommodation for my infant and still took a long time,

Room very clean and had all the amenities you need. Next to freeway so it was fast to get anywhere you needed to go in the whole Salt Lake Valley and the price was very acceptable.

Also one of the room’s key didn't work . But the staff did work very hard to fix it . And it worked so the staff get all five stars .

What I didn’t like and made our trip really bad was that there was people working in the hotel removing carpet making lots of noise which made it hard to relax and their card machine was out to which was really bad because we had to ask the front desk to unlock our room unlock the guy Unlock the pool every single time we wanted to use something.

They were renovating on the floor we were on. The thermostat wasn’t working so we could not adjust the temperature in the room. One of the TV’s did not work.

There were several safety hazards, one of which was furniture left in the stairwell for DAYS. Pretty sure that’s breaking fire and safety codes

The floors were being updated, which is nice. Everyone was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was really quite good and the area was clean and pleasant. The room was really cold--65 degrees--when we first arrived, but we changed the thermostat and it was better.

They were SO kind, helpful and professional. The staff MADE this stay.

However our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really yummy and well stocked all through the service. The pool was fun. The workout room was good. So maybe just go in knowing they’ll be refinishing for the next month or so. We were surprise and concerned at first but the stay was actually really nice. Those working were very helpful and kind as well.

Checked in, went to the room and it wasn’t ready. Coffee on the dresser and someone had slept in the bed. Went back down and the desk apologized and give us a new room. Things happen and it’s great to be taken care. Thank you it was a great stay.
