Not the newest hotel but the staff is super friendly and helpful, my room was clean, comfortable bed and handy location

Swimming pool wasn't open.

In a pinch it’s ok to stay. The smell in the halls and rooms was like dog. The pool and hot tub were not in use and breakfast was very minimal. Outside of the property looked a little shady and run down. Rooms were really outdated and furniture was very old. They said they were u fee construction but I never seen any.

Terrible. This place should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting and worn out. We arrived, checked in, and immediately regretted it. Checked out immediately. Look elsewhere.

All entrances were red tagged by the fire dept “ Keep Out” upon our arrival for faulty fire alarm systems. They would not refund us since we booked through booking.com- we left and paid again to stay just a mile away for the night. Can’t seem to get ahold of booking.com to get a refund.

Our short stay (less than 12 hours) was perfectly fine. Everything seemed pretty good, however, there were orange warning signs from the fire marshal on every door leading into the building warning of dangerous conditions. The people behind the counter didn’t address these signs with me at all. Idk what that was about, but it certainly was concerning. Otherwise, everything was fine and the restaurant next door was amazing.

I’ve been going to the Fairbridge Inn for years. Although I have never crossed the railroad tracks to the nice park along the river. Pretty nice!

Ended up checking in and then checking right back out traveling with my 2 year old and when we got in the elevator seemed like it could break down at any moment, upon arriving in our floor there were pills on the floor went in the room and used the bathroom as I had been driving for hours and there was black in the toilet. Booked the hotel for the pool solely, but upon arrival was told it was closed for cleaning and wouldn’t be open til Monday. We could use the hot tub if we liked. Again I was traveling with my 2 year old. Called and tried to get some kind of refund and was told I was charged by the property and the property told me I was charged through Expedia so I just had to eat the money Needless to say motel not as advertised

We specifically get rooms here for the pool in the summer and the pool was closed for issues. We werent made aware until we were at the location and checking in.

For an older building, this hotel is maintained exceptionally well. I can tell the staff and ownership really care about keeping the building clean and providing the amenities such as ice machines clean towels, vending machines, breakfast etc top notch. It is an old building in occasionally there was a smell or a feel of an old building but it wasn't trashy or dirty and I really appreciate the staff strives hard to present it in a tip-top shape. Also the price was very reasonable and I all together I had a very comfortable night stay.

DANGEROUS & FILTHY CONDITIONS — DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked two rooms for a family memorial service following a 15-hour drive. We were completely exhausted, but instead of a safe sanctuary, we found severe health hazards and structural code violations. The most alarming issue is the elevator: the doorway frame is literally held in place by black duct tape. Because it made us nervous, we tried to use the stairs, but you can only go down. The stairwell doors lock from the outside, preventing guests from using them to return to their rooms. Furthermore, neither of our room doors had functional deadbolts, and there was a massive gap between the door and the frame. The property is entirely neglected. The pool is a shocking, stagnant neon green (nothing like the photos online). Inside the rooms, the shower heads are clogged with thick grime, the bathtub valve trim plate is detached from the wall, and there is visible mold around the toilet. The walls were covered in coffee drips, light switches were filthy, and the mini-fridge was completely broken and flooded with water. To top it off, our keys failed multiple times, leaving us locked out late at night. We evacuated for our safety. Absolute nightmare.

All of it the room was atrociously dirty and crack in the door frame that you could see through. The pool was green and was no breakfast as promised overall the worse hotel we have ever stayed in left early for another hotel

Nick and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful with our accessibility issues. Nothing
