no holder for the toilet paper. recently had flooding on east end of building so those rooms were not being used. Pool and hot tub were not available. reroofing is in progress, but no work was being done the 3 days i was there. Every time i went in or out of the building there was no one at the front desk. Juice machine was not working for breakfast.

At breakfast, there was no juice, no fresh fruit. it consisted of eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal muffins and bagels. Normally at this chain, there is a much larger selection. The staff was amazing. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful for places to eat. She froze our ice packs for us which was very much appreciated.

The service and room was excellent!
-
they did not clean the room or replace towels.

The staff were very accommodating and professional. The juice machine was broken throughout our 8 day stay, but the rest of breakfast was good. Our room was never cleaned/refreshed but we did receive fresh towels and more toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. whenever we asked. We loved the location and used the hot tub daily. The roof was being replaced during our stay, but the construction hours were limited to daylight hours which was appreciated.

The lobby couches were worn and well used The room carpets had visible stains. The bathroom was functional and clean. Very little interaction with staff.

When we drove in the clerk took notice of our handicap status and offered us a 1st floor room because their elevator was out of commission. We very much appreciated that. The mattress was quite soft but didn't seem to be a problem for us at all. We liked the sitting area in our room. There were enough plug-ins. The coffee and hot water pots were empty in the evening. At breakfast the waffle machine, the juice machine and the heat under the sausages were all not working. The price is good.

There was some pink model in the bath tub, missing piece from the bathroom counter. Bed uncomfortable.
-
Comfortable beds and quiet Stains on the carpet and felt it need little more up keep the hinge on door fell of when we entered the room. Pool was very cold. Felt the price was very high for the quality of the motel.

My room was a handicap room and in rough shape. Something splattered on the wall by the bed, big stains on carpet and chair, deadbolt didn’t lock and toilet ran all night. It’s not the worst place I have ever slept in. Needs some work

Location The carpets had spots. The breakfast not very good. The coffee was like warm and the eggs and sausage was not warm. For the price, I would expect more.

We will never stay here again and don’t recommend it for anyone else.

The hotel itself appears clean but our room had trash in the drawers, the shower drain stopper was broken and so was the sink stopper. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. Although, when you pay $300+ a night, you expect a little better.

1. Card readers for the external access doors on the East & West side of the building need 3 or 4 tries in order to work, so guests place a rock to prop the door open negating any semblance of security. Remove the rock, next time you walk the dog - it's back. 2. On nightstand where the phone is located, a thick layer of dust had accumulated, meaning the nightstand had not been wiped done across multiple guests. 3. I don't remember a $10 pet fee from my Expedia booking, but they hit me with it on check-in - so watch for this, they refused to waive the fee. 4. Yes they allow pets, when you have one, you get "the pet room" which smells faintly of long-hair ranch dog getting to sleep on the nice carpet instead of out in the truck bed. When it smells of kennel, it's time to break out the carpet cleaner folks. 5. The in-room coffee had no provisions; the plastic packets that have the creamer powder, sugar, stirrers, etc. had not been replaced. Had to get them from the breakfast nook. 6. I'm disappointed. Doubt I'll be back until the property is sold, then we'll see who buys it.
