Food was cold that I did buy Have to ask every day for clean towels and wash cloths

Room was decent. Chair was pretty dirty from what appeared to be dirty hands on the armrests. My coworkers TV didn't work. Ice machine didn't work. My biggest complaint was that our reservation said free breakfast but when we went to go eat before we left for our job... they told us they aren't offering free breakfasts for engine customers anymore. The manager refused to honor what our reservation stated even after being shown. My coworker decided to buy his breakfast and was very upset when all his food was delivered cold and the bill was almost $30. I refused to buy breakfast from the same place that I should've had free breakfast. All things considered after a 4 day stay, I wouldn't stay here again especially for the price and how we were treated with the breakfast issue.

They didnt answer room service, there was no ability when went down to get food for real silverware, I waited over 44 min for a desert that was dry an partially frozen. The room we recieved wasn't the room we had booked. The room was dusty i took video.The manager was there spoke to him an since was booked with expedia no offer was made from the manager disappointing

No remote for TV in room. Front desk promptly brought one that also did not work (didn’t even have cover on batteries). Place is going downhill rapidly.

Rooms are large and clean, staff helpful and kind. We only stayed 1 night, but the bar there was super fun. Rooms were quiet. Would absolutely stay again!

Not a bad hotel, fairly clean, room was quiet and didn't hear people in other rooms, convenient location near highway and downtown with plenty of fast food nearby. Breakfast was good and WiFi worked well.

The staff was the highlight. Very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is starting to show some age but it is a good value and one of the nicer places in Lewiston.

The property was wonderful. There was a mix up on the days of the reservation and Expedia would not refund my money. So I paid twice the amount for the same room! Bad form, Expedia. I will never book through you again.

Front staff were overwhelmed and short staffed and we weren't able to access our room until 5:15pm. I would think they could comp us a drink for the inconvenience but was never extended. TV in my room and my travel colleague also did not work. Called the front desk but it just rang...gave up on getting the TV to work. Overnight business trip and will likely check with another property next time.

Negative: Floor lamp did not work, on/off switch was broken In room refrigerator was frosted over, items inside got wet/soggy.
