Inn America - Lewiston

Room: OK: Clean, flooring instead of unsanitary carpet. Beds were clean, mattresses comfy. Basic amenities (hair care, soap and lotion) present. Clean bathtub shower. AC worked. One cup coffee brewer, cable TV and free wifi. A basic room at a good value for simple lodging. Has an elevator and three floors. A non heated pool for the kiddos, no hot tub. Location: Easy access to the town, restaurants, etc. This inn is going through changes; hopefully more attention will be paid to the property's appearance and comfort. The first floor is being renovated now, summer 2026.

room was passable, furnishings a little dated; theonly things working on the TV remote were the on/off button, volume, and channel change - no channel guide, no CC. the clean bathroom was tiny and lacked a garbage can, and the light switch was OUTSIDE the bathroom. The breakfast area was sloppy, and extremely poor - bananas, for example, were old and spotted, selection was extremely limited - after walking through it, we didn't stay to eat there.

They were remodeling so no elevator was hard on my husbands disability , staff wasnt through most helpful or friendly but adequate. Pool was full of floaters we used handle net and cleaned it ourselves to play in water. Last night was 4th of July and someone across the hall had a dog that kept barking. Other then that the rooms were clean. Bed and pillows awesome. No bugs. Easy parking with 3 ways into lot. AC worked great.

Conveniently located, pleasant staff, and clean room.

Property was under construction on the 1st floor, Elavator out of order I am handicapped and staff helped me but another Expedia mess up

The staff, especially manager, was so very efficient and attentive. And most friendly. This hotel should have a higher rating than it does - and I travel enough to offer a valid opinion.

The Inn going through renovations— very polite and friendly staff.

Elevator was broken had to heft things up to third floor, the sink faucet leaked all night , only 5 channels on the tv, continental breakfast had very little to chose from

A nice place to stay on a budget especially during the week days

The establishment was under construction, construction debris in the hallway the elevator was out of order

Great location

The location was good. The bed was in poor condition. The room had one rickety office type chair that my husband had to put against the wall to sit in to keep it upright. The facial tissue box was empty. I think we may have been assigned a dog room, though we had no dog.

Breakfast is from 6am -9am. Arrived at 8am and they had run out of eggs and biscuits. The waffle iron had something spilled on it which got on the baked waffles. Facility as a whole - torn carpet, molding coming away from walls, worn out chairs in the rooms, dripping faucets.

Very good overall. In the Motel 8 type category. Nice room and very quite. Not eco aware. Towels a bit skimpy. Breakfast good and had fresh fruit. I would give it a 9 in its class

Air conditioner did not work in second room after we were moved due remodeling

No tissues in bath dispenser. I stayed here several years ago and rated 5 star. Seems the property is in a transitional phase. Just barely ok.

Would never stay there again. The bed was worn out lumpy and had a large spot where your butt lays with no support, the furniture looked as though it came from a landfill the shower just barely drizzled out with no pressure at all, there was a little bit of toilet paper on the roll but no extra roll to be found the bathroom fan was very noisy and the door squeaked every time it moved.very dissatisfied when booking online the showed a picture of the room and it was nothing like the room we had I would say false advertising!
