Positive was low cost,

It was very affordable, clean and a great place to stay. Only complaint we had was one of the beds in our room needed to be replaced. It had 2 springs that poked you when you laid down.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, clean laundry room and pool. Room was a little worn out, except for the new shower which had great pressure. Bed was ok, but I did see they were starting to replace mattresses while I was there. Only other thing was none of the ice machines were working. It’s a comfortable, and inexpensive place, to sleep if you need to get off the road. I bet they will continue to make improvements, so I would stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was absolutely wonderful to us! 9/28 around 8pm Not very many tv channels but it was fine

Room was canceled by Jennie the night before we arrived but staff fixed and checked us in Also, when I arrived at my room, the door was already ajar. I opened it with my foot and was nervous someone was in my room. Just a little scary and confusing.

Checkin was disappointing as the desk person made us feel like second class citizens since we had booked thru Expedia. We are elderly and disabled and asked for a handicap room. She said "You're with Expedia and you get what you booked - no changes allowed." This really hurt as no one has looked down on us before because of using Expedia. The mattress was overly HARD, not just firm. The pillows were small and pitiful. The chair upholstery was torn, and one drawer wouldn't stay closed and we had to secure it with rubber bands. The toilet and toilet seat were mismatched - a small round seat on a large oval toilet. Finally, there is no maid service. If you need towels or your garbage emptied, you have to take it to the front desk. Being disabled, this really wasn't feasible! Because the receptionist had degraded us for being with Expedia, we didn't feel like we could share our concerns with the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if you're trying to save a few dollars. It just isn't worth it. We should have been treated with respect, not disdain. They could have tried to make concessions regarding towels for persons with disabilities. They could have tried to be friendly rather than rude! Thumbs DOWN!

One of the first things I noticed when I arrived should have been addressed by Expedia and that was the construction. I should have been able to book somewhere else for the same price through Expedia but I had booked so far in advance it would have been a far shot. The rooms were clean but the halls were not due to the construction and the construction workers were the worse. They stayed in the rooms they worked on like guest and pounced on the continental breakfast almost every morning before the PAYING patrons had a chance. Outdoor trash cans regularly had several empty cases of Modelo tightly tucked in and the ambience felt more like the end of a bad party. The staff on hand was great but I soon realized with the almost all female staff and the complaints addressed and ignored that the owner isn't from the US. Why else would you jeopardize your business's reputation by allowing such conduct by the construction crew and ignore the women on your payroll? I'm only one in many with the same complaints, I read the other during my stay. My unsolicited word of advice would be if you don't care about your patrons don't get into this kind of business, build a prison.

The clerk that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and the included breakfast was about what I expected. The downside to this hotel is the noise. I was on the first floor and could hear the cars on main street. It just isn't a quiet hotel.

Could have been better maintained and is right by the railroad tracks. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. People seemed to be living there and smoking weed, could smell it in our room. Bathroom sink drained very slow

1. The elevator smelt like pee. 2. The halls were dingy. 3. The rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. 4. The parking lot is dirty and full of garbage/a broke down car.

Mattress terrible, sink cracks, could do with some replacement.

This place is great has a swimming pool, breakfast,parking,100s of places to go around. Loved it.

What room was clean they're still in the process of remodeling so the hallways were a little drywall dust.

Location was good. The refrigerator didn't work and had to be replaced when I got the room. There was no hair dryer. So had to wait for that also. The desk chair was worn out with the cover worn off. The towels had black marks on them and stains. There were only about 8 TV channels. The coffee makers filter holder was the wrong size so the coffee leaked.

Stayed 2 nights. Beds were a bit worn out and pillows in first room. 1st night-ground floor, a bit noisy near the elevator, toilet didn't flush properly, couldn't sleep with window open as I like due to parking lot noise and smoking area. Moved rooms, 2nd floor facing north. Beds were better, room and amenities great, no smoke smell. The breakfast is quite dismal, coffee OK. Better offerings at Jack in the Box next door or McDonald's up the street. A budget motel with budget amenities. You get what you pay for. Front desk lady (sorry didn't get your name) seems to do it all. She's very accommodating. Thank you!

Dirty, dusty room! Food left in fridge! Changed room keys twice & they still barely worked. Hallways & elevator dirty, stained carpets. Staff was too busy watching TV or whatever in back room or was outside on their phone! No ice. No drink cups or ice buckets in room. Young boy who I believe was the Son of one of the housekeeper's, running around the hotel in his swim trunks. He asked me "is that your truck parked out front!?" No, it wasn't my truck! The only positive is, they good a good job on just the shower remodel!
