Staff was great, breakfast was great!!! but our shower head was broken an got the whole floor wet and it was slippery. I had to be very careful

Great stay. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The bar was a nice touch for the husband and I after a busy Saturday.

The hotel was quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, which made getting around easy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning—it was fresh, well-stocked, and a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Lewisville area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!
