Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Lewisville

We did not have any water when we checked in because there was plumbing works going on and the ETA on that was not as expected!

Clean room, plenty options to eat nearby.

Poor breakfast food did not look edible, windows were boarded up on the floor, pool was out, housekeeping did not come by had to go to the front desk to get my own towels and more toilet paper, maintenance also was hammering floor most of the day and had to prop our door open to work on the floor near our door, last day of our stay we are on 3rd floor and elevator was out so had to carry all of our luggage down 3 flights, elevator was working the first night and 2nd day of our stay but was super rickety and look like it had just been installed, only plus side was room was decent had great tv options and staff was super friendly. Will not be staying again though cause of all of these issues.

The first room I was given had wet carpet from a plumbing leak. The manager (?) did her best to get me into a much better room, but the bathtub had some kind of rusty red spatter in it. I was too tired to ask for another room. Just skipped taking a shower. Breakfast was decent.

One of the best hotels ive ever had! The receptionist was very sweet and friendly! Great stay!

The staff are amazing and deserve 5 stars by themselves. My room was just OK.

Rooms were smaller than an average hotel. The breakfast was just ok, but there were ants on the wall in the dining area.

The front desk employee was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good

Parking was inconvenient due to renovations being done. Renovations weren’t disclosed when booking online. There was trash found in our room. Staff acted like we were inconveniencing them.
