It was just okay. Rooms weren't ready at check-in. Limited staff but very cordial and friendly. So, so breakfast & rooms.

Location Dirty rooms, ants in the bed, on counters, everywhere. Under construction, pool out of order. Very rude staff.

Pool not working, second floor window in the hall baseboards and sills damaged. Rooms small, mattresses just OK, AC difficult to work temperatures. TV small. Parking lot entrance messy.

Cleanliness and good location. One tv in the room did not work, and not a very big selection of breakfast.

Renovation mess, hair in shower, broken ice machine, No A/C in hallways/open areas, nowhere to park, broken tiles in bathroom.

We did not have any water when we checked in because there was plumbing works going on and the ETA on that was not as expected!

Head of house cleaning was helpful. Even off of the clock No access to the pool. No shower the entire afternoon/evening. I asked the manager would accommodate us for the inconvenience. Her answer was 'No, it was an emergency ' I understand emergencies happen, but to be told 'No' took me back. No shower Friday

Poor breakfast food did not look edible, windows were boarded up on the floor, pool was out, housekeeping did not come by had to go to the front desk to get my own towels and more toilet paper, maintenance also was hammering floor most of the day and had to prop our door open to work on the floor near our door, last day of our stay we are on 3rd floor and elevator was out so had to carry all of our luggage down 3 flights, elevator was working the first night and 2nd day of our stay but was super rickety and look like it had just been installed, only plus side was room was decent had great tv options and staff was super friendly. Will not be staying again though cause of all of these issues.
