Overall , a solid 7/10. Check in process was smooth. There were 2 main issues: Everytime it got too hot or the steam from the shower was a lot, the smoke alarm would go off. The other issue was one of the elevators wasn't working at all so it made it a struggle to walk to our room with our bags. Besides that , very convenient area ( close to restaurants , grocery store , highways and more). Staff were so friendly!

There isn’t complimentary breakfast

I'm use to the little bottles of water in the refrigerator and the lotions, soaps, and other bathroom items. The pillows need to be fresher without a bad smell. I didn't like that the pillow were not fresh and no free breakfast or coffee in the morning. The coffee maker was hard to make good coffee in the room. We were in a room next to loud highway noise.

I loved all the amenities, the cleanliness of the room and just the property itself.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, and the lattes at the Starbucks was so good!

The bistro, it ruins everything that is good about this hotel. Just put out a thermos of coffee like every other business Hotel, I don't want to wait for the server to go back to the kitchen for 5 minutes per customer. I don't want to wait ten minutes for a coffee I could have served myself in 30 seconds. the bistro experience in the morning is terrible, everytime I've been to this hotel I have to wait forever just for a simple coffee. Why if I order a coffee do I have to wait for the cook to go make someone's breakfast before coming back to serve my coffee. Why do the desk staff have to come over to help. Why do you have only one person to run the bistro in the morning when everyone is trying to start their day. Why cant you put out milk and cream like every other place on planet earth that serves coffee. Coffee is simple, breakfast is simple, this hotel makes is so complicated and terrible. You took something that should be simple and easy and made it stupid complicated, slow, confusing, and branded it Starbucks. Shouldn't have to wait for a lineup of ppl to order their breakfast, have it made and served to them just because I want a coffee. Coffee was small and not that hot, there was no milk or cream so the server poured it directly from a 3 litre jug.ita a terrible experience you should stop today and replace it with the same way every other hotel does it, the normal way. If rather pay double the rate if I know I can get a coffee on my way out without the huge hassle.

Wish there was more than one small trash can in the room. Only one person dealing with the breakfast. It was too much for him to do alone.

The staff was amazing. Whether morning, mid or late night the staff took care of our needs.

There are some upgrades, but my room was damp in the carpet looks old and seems kind of dusty They need to upgrade small things like rust on the showerhead stains on the drapes, etc.
