Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Lewisville-Vista Ridge Mall, TX

The room was very clean . The staff was friendly and very attentive, always made sure everything was going well . They send you a text checking on you as well .The continental breakfast was superb. The air conditioning worked very good.

Only thing we didn’t understand is where the faucet was located in the vanity area because on a rectangular sink instead of having the sink faucet at the center top of the basin, it was on the side, 3/4 of the way up. This means a great deal of water splashing on the countertop and an awkward position to wash up/brush teeth, etc. etc.. Beyond that everything was great. Alicia, the front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and took personal attention to us.

The breakfast was top notch, i liked every bit of it, and the cleanliness was also encouraging. The amenities like microwave n fridge was also helpful.

Location This time around breakfast was not on point no coffee after checking 3 times no eggs bacon or anything warm was available this was the first time after 4 stays that is was bad and got stuck in the evaluator

Great staff

one bed nearest the door was great The bed by the window has a spring that is evident and uncomfortable on the side toward the door

I enjoyed the stay, receptionist greeted me with a smile on her face, polite and respectful, made sure if I needed anything she was there, the rooms and bathroom’s were nice and very clean.

Very nice and clean! Friendly staff. Excellent place to stay overall.

Great stay

We stayed in a handicap room so my only suggestion would be to add protection / stickers to the bottom of the tub for safety. The tub floor was slippery.
