this property is in dire need of a upgrade. The shower has looked like they came out of Walmart. Much of the furniture is beaten up. The staff seems OK but somewhat disengage. This is a very disappointing, especially with somebody who's used to the quality of most other Hilton hotels.

Staff was excellent the toilet didn’t work well have to flush three times to get rid of the waste had to ask for toilet paper I stay at Hilton many time under another person name gave her the points it’s old need to bring it up to date never stay there again

The bed was comfortable and we were attending a graduation at Rupp Arena which we could walk to. Issues with the room, refrigerator not working, out of body wash in the shower and a light that was burned out in the bathroom. The restaurant experience was terrible

The ease of checking in and out We wanted to use the pool. Wish we knew that the pool was down before we made reservations. The parking garage- my truck roof hit 4 times. The attendants for valet parking on Thursday just handed me my keys- when we walked up to get the truck my wife had to crawl in from the passenger side to move the truck forward so I could get in. They parked it way to close to another vehicle

Worst breakfast and how hard is it to cook eggs properly each day? No taxi service and I had to insist on my room being cleaned each day! So sad.

There was a musty smell in the room, that was just awful. Also the parking garage is a pain to get in/out.

Pool under construction. Wasn’t aware of this and had disappointed children as a result. Nice gym. Cleanly hotel. Cordial staff. Lexington itself was not a place to visit unless you have a very specific reason.
