I’ve stayed here many times, several times we have checked in early and swam. We arrived 2 hours ahead of check in time. They would not let us swim. Sherman and the manager on the resident inn side had terrible customer service. We even called corporate because we are Marriott members and they were shocked they didn’t allow us to access amenities, that they actually encourage it so that you may spend money at the hotel. I will never stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay! Clean, and modern interiors! Safe and secure with key card required to go to any floor from Lobby! Convenient parking!

The location was decent. The air conditioning did not get cold, and the staff was semi friendly. The rooftop pool is only 3 ft deep all the way across and in a separate location.
