Excellent all the way around; parking garage below level with elevators directly to the lobby; bar and food is excellent

Blonde working the front checkin needs attitude adjustment or maybe she is just going through something i mean I’m ok but maybe you should check on her

Awesome City Center hotel. Close to Rupp Arena and top restaurants. Mariott Bonvoy amenities, snacks and breakfast was also top knotch

The location was decent. The air conditioning did not get cold, and the staff was semi friendly. The rooftop pool is only 3 ft deep all the way across and in a separate location.

The place you want to go to is Harry's Bar right on the corner next to this hotel. AMAZING selection, decent pricing, great atmosphere. Avoid Bluegrass Tavern while you're at it. They may offer the most bottles you'll ever see, but they're not transparent on pricing. You get the feeling they price you, not the bottle when they don't have to go to the register that often on bottles that have dust one them. Only 8-12 pours have listed prices, the rest they say would be too hard to print out and offer pricing for (unlike every other place in the area).

Hotel was very clean and within walking distance of some very good restaurants.

It was very clean, modern and easy walking distance to everything rep Arena and Memorial Colosseum Zero complaints or zero suggestions to change anything

Toilet paper holder was broken. Bed light was not bright enough to read by. Expensive hotel to game no breakfast as an amenity. Location great and personnel gracious and helpful. Not aware of a pool.
