It was a great stay. It happened to be the weekend of a rifle show, so there were lots of good folk around, making it more lively. I think I love Lexington and its surrounding beauty! The Hyatt was comfortable, clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. And the valet guys too!

I retuned my order and the server took it off my check. Eggs & sausage were not fresh either! The manager came and took it away as well and I wasn’t charged for any of it. We did not go back to eat there again.

The $20+ for breakfast is not included in your booking. Its paid per person each day. Besides that these people and place are beautiful and amazing. Compared to other large cities the rooms are huge! Its connected to Rupp and walking distance to anything downtown with shuttle service to and from the airport there are so many beautiful photos ops too!!

Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. The 5th floor hallway had foul odor all 3 days we stayed there. Other than that, everything was excellent. Also, the location was great for our needs!

Kathy at the front desk treated us like family. Acknowledged us every time she saw us. Very helpful.

The front desk representative Peter was very personable and welcoming. Room was warm and I asked for a fan and they did not have one. My husband went to Walmart around 11 pm to get a fan for me. Thanks to him I had a great night of sleeping.
