Residence Inn by Marriott Lexington

The staff was exceptional! Ashley and KC were extremely helpful. Ashley was absolutely great. She went above and beyond to assist our large group (17 people). This is definitely somewhere I would recommend! The only thing I didn't like was something the property had no control over- construction nearby.

Wonderful stay! This location had far more to offer than we imagined when booking. Would be a great spot for a longer stay, wonderful kitchenette set-up. Definitely would stay again!

Breakfast was standard and good enough. The breakfast lady was very kind and on it, refilling items. The coffee was actually pretty good.

Well kept property Air conditioning worked great No elevator, one of my party had a lot of trouble getting upstairs. She couldn’t/ wouldn’t go out to dinner with us due to the stairs. Had a little trouble telling where to check in when I pulled into the property

The suite was spacious and perfect for three adult women. Kitchen and bar area are convenient as well as two baths

My family spent the night before catching an early morning flight. The room met our need for a location close to the airport. Beds were squeaky and there was some noise from the street. Staff were friendly.

I stayed for 6 nights; the room was clean, had dishes, stove, micro, full size fridge, and ice already made and ready for use. It had a separate desk area to work, a couch to relax, plus the bed. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is I'm pretty picky about the bed, and it just wasn't very comfortable. Also, the pool wasn't open; I don't know if I missed the dates, but it was like 90 degrees, so I had assumed it would be open and it was not, which sucked. Overall, the staff was very sweet, I was able to check in a bit early, and I'd highly recommend this place.

Ashley at the front desk was so awesome. She was very helpful to us and went the extra mile to help us when we had questions. The room was very large with a kitchen that was well appointed.

Excellent room, staff, parking. WiFi was good, smart tvs with access to Netflix and Prime was good. Maybe a little better for the breakfast if I had to say anything improvements wise.

I like the space and how much security was there was with different codes , i felt safe and the price was great and good location was the best on music row just mins from station inn , I think you all need fake green grass on every floor for pets to use and of course the owners to clean up , having to ride elevator to garage then find a place for my pet to use bathroom was a little much

Great location nice rooms for family

The size is the room was fantastic. We had to fold towels and shove then into the huge gap under the front door to keep the cold air out. It's February and the place is cold and covered in snow. They did not de-ice the parking lot. Where we had to park was a huge ice rink. We had to put our truck in 4 wheel drive just to get in or out. My biggest complaint was the hot water went out. My son took a shower first but when I got in and started washing my hair, no hot water! It's the middle of winter and I had to rinse my self with ice water. My husband couldn't even clean up. It was after midnight but I still called the front desk to let them know my issue. The man was very nice in conversation saying we could be moved to another room if we wished and that the maintenance guy has already gone home but would come to our room mid morning. It was after midnight and i didn't want to move my family so I politely declined. While at breakfast, he came and said it was fixed so my husband got to shower. The cold water happened again. Breakfast was very disappointing. It had been open for an hour when we went over and hardly anything was offered. Most was empty and not empty because of people, empty and clean. Hardly anything had been put out yet. Once we finished our oatmeal and was leaving, then this woman came and started filling everything up. This whole experience has just been disappointing. I payed over $160 for this? Never again.
