Door was to the outside and big gaps, so bugs would get in easily. Other than that it was ok.

Superb

Location was good. Nothing
-
Breakfast and coffee was less than average. Pillows are kinda soft, paint in room could use some attention to detail. Staff was friendly.
-
Room was nice and spacious. I was impressed that there was two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Breakfast was nice.
-
Spacious comfortable accommodation Nothing At all! It was nice

good

The beds and room were clean. The appliances were kinda iffy. We opted to use instant coffee since the inside of the coffee maker had white crusty stuff inside. All the dishes and kitchen were clean and I would stay again.
-
Exterior was very clean and welcoming Stairs to the u it were a lot and then more stairs inside to the 2nd bedroom which were not disclosed on the website. Would not have booked there if we had known that. Also bathroom shower handle hot and cold instr were installed upside down. Dangerous to figure out when running cold is extremely hot and when placed on watm/hot is a cold shower.

To describe this room as a penthouse suite is a heck of a stretch. This hotel is "rustic" at best. We have been to 4 hotels in 5 days, and this stay was the most expensive, for the least. I am so surprised Marriot puts their name on it. It suits a truckers life better than a vacationing couple.

Exceptional
-
Excellent place to stay especially for a longer stay. It’s like having your own apartment with full kitchen, living room. Room gets cleaned every day. Excellent breakfast with far more options than your standard hotel breakfast. Super convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park, restaurants and highways.
-
Appliances falling apart, otherwise a nice quiet place.
