Very spacious. Mattress was firmer than I like but for one night I could handle it.

Property was clean but the halls and elevator smelled of marijuana

We arrived before check-in and were told that we could not check in until EXACTLY 3:00 PM. There was zero flexibility. I understand that hotels have established check-in times, but the rigid handling of the situation felt unnecessarily unaccommodating, especially after traveling and simply trying to get settled. Unfortunately, the room itself was even more disappointing. The pillows were unbelievably hard — they honestly felt like sleeping on rocks — and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable as well. Getting a decent night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this room failed badly in that regard. Between the inflexible check-in experience and the extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows, the stay simply was not enjoyable. I would strongly recommend that management invest in better mattresses and pillows and reconsider how early-arriving guests are handled. If you're considering staying here, I would plan on not being allowed into your room before 3:00 PM and, based on my experience, don't expect a particularly comfortable night's sleep.

The room and property were well maintained. The amenities such as simply cream and sugar in the room was non existent. We were told to go to the gas station to get ice when we reported our ice maker was t working. Our paid room was not honored and we were given a lesser room with no discount. Very disappointing stay especially since we paid nearly double due to a busy weekend

The property was in a good location. It was very clean and next door to a nice grocery store. Liked that it had a kitchen. We would stay here again. We pretty much liked everything about the property. A small table and a couple of chairs would have been a nice addition.

Our king 1 bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the full size fridge and mini stove. They came in handy! And having a separate bedroom from the living area was especially nice since my husband likes to go to bed early and I'm a night owl! A great value for the price. The front desk folks were very friendly, polite and accommodating, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. We're already planning another trip to Lexington next spring, and this is where we'll stay when the time comes. Thank you to the Staff for making us feel welcome!

The staff at the front desk were rude and non helpful. When I asked them questions they rolled their eyes with annoyance. Inside and out were loud throughout the evening and entire night. Music was extremely loud outside at 2am. You can hear everything above and beside you. There was no one at the front desk in the middle of the night to assist with anything. The smoking areas are directly by all entry ways. The outside areas had obviously not been cleaned recently. This is on the top of my list of one of the worst hotel stays.

Property was clean and felt new. Staff was friendly and Veda were comfortable The courtyard is closed at 10pm. Each night we stayed there was a guest with friends up until 3-4 am. His laughter was so loud we couldnt sleep. We asked about closing the courtyard it to no avail.

Still waiting on my 250 deposit. I feel the hotel should provide some type of breakfast.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities. The property is convenient to UK and plenty of stores and restaurants. It has been put at the top of my list for hotel choices in Lexington.
