Very good

WiFi connectivity is virtually nonexistent and dead bugs are commonplace. The reception was rude and begrudgingly assisted with an inoperative room key and assigned a room with twin beds as opposed to the king sized bed I requested. When I complained and requested a switch he tried to make excuses to not give me what I asked for but relented after a somewhat lengthy disagreement. The stay was uneventful afterwards but I will be staying elsewhere next time.

Superb

The lodge was secure, and I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. A few things could be improved, such as replacing the shower curtain and ironing board, and giving the refrigerator a more thorough cleaning, as they had noticeable yellowish stains. I expected these items to be in better condition. That said, I'm not complaining too much since we mainly needed a place to sleep. The location is excellent, with stores, parks, and the safari park all nearby, making it a convenient place to stay.

Very clean and well maintained. Maybe a little understaffed, but nice friendly people. Plenty of parking. There are no restaurants or shops close by. There was no coffee making equipment in the room. Breakfast is not available but there is coffee available in the lobby at breakfast time.

Absolutely won't customer service I've every experienced traveling. Not worth it. Don't book it and thank me later

Room was clean and handicapped accessible. Staff was very professional. The property was quiet at night.

Booking.com charged $15 more for a non-smoking room, but the motel says ALL the rooms are non-smoking! Then when I was shown 3 rooms they all reeked of cigarette smoke. So this was a disappointing experience all around. Paid extra for a room that stunked. Furthermore it had water bugs. Disappointed in Booking.com as well.

I arrived at 3:30pm and had to wait outside for 45 minutes to get into the lobby to check in because the staff was gone. Other than that, the hotel was decent for the price.
