Econo Lodge Lexington Downtown near I-81

The lodge was secure, and I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. A few things could be improved, such as replacing the shower curtain and ironing board, and giving the refrigerator a more thorough cleaning, as they had noticeable yellowish stains. I expected these items to be in better condition. That said, I'm not complaining too much since we mainly needed a place to sleep. The location is excellent, with stores, parks, and the safari park all nearby, making it a convenient place to stay.

Very clean and well maintained. Maybe a little understaffed, but nice friendly people. Plenty of parking. There are no restaurants or shops close by. There was no coffee making equipment in the room. Breakfast is not available but there is coffee available in the lobby at breakfast time.

Absolutely won't customer service I've every experienced traveling. Not worth it. Don't book it and thank me later

Room was clean and handicapped accessible. Staff was very professional. The property was quiet at night.

Booking.com charged $15 more for a non-smoking room, but the motel says ALL the rooms are non-smoking! Then when I was shown 3 rooms they all reeked of cigarette smoke. So this was a disappointing experience all around. Paid extra for a room that stunked. Furthermore it had water bugs. Disappointed in Booking.com as well.

I arrived at 3:30pm and had to wait outside for 45 minutes to get into the lobby to check in because the staff was gone. Other than that, the hotel was decent for the price.

Great location in Lexington. For an older location it was exceptionally clean.

Stayed overnight for trip to mountains. Not clean, only one person at desk sometimes. Ants in room Very cheap in all ways.

Everything worked well. I have stayed here several times and they continue making incremental improvements.

The cost It is definitely not a 2.5 star hotel equivalent to the Comfort Inn as advertised, no free breakfast.
