AC not working A room was smelling like cigarette really bad And I got charged for parking and was never notified about why
-
Room was clean
-
checked in at 11pm and room was still not ready until 1am due to them being short staffed. Imagine if I tried to check in at 4pm I would have waited 9hrs

The shine of a new hotel cannot overcome inhospitable front desk employees who took 20 minutes to check us in @ 7:30. The AC cuts on and off all night . No “on” position for the fan. There is a $7 undisclosed parking charge in a large suburban parking lot. No bellman. The GM does not return e mails inquiring about these issues . A simple reply would have mitigated these complaints .

Hotel was overall nice. The elevator was out for one night of our stay and the 4 flights of stairs were not fun to navigate.
