The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The hotel had been updated recently. I had a bedroom with a "kitchenette" which meant nothing more than a dorm room, fridge and microwave. Pet fee was $25, which was great. Great location. Front desk was efficient, but I wouldn't say friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

We are so glad we stayed here! We received a friendly welcome and the kind person who checked us in went to extra care to ensure we got some additional perks like a late check out and points to our account for being loyalty members. I was unfamiliar with this new brand of hotel in the IHG group, and they did a great job refurbishing an older hotel and giving it a fresh, very comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was great, the gym was really nice, the room was quiet & spacious, and the pool looked perfectly maintained. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stopped in Liberal for the night and had reserved this hotel before hand. Like other reviews say, the hotel could use some remodeling. Small parking lot. The lobby/first floor is muggy because of the heat. Staff was nice. Our room was decent and clean. The shower was run down, and it took a good five minutes for the water to heat up. For some reason our shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were taped? I initially was trying to leave it alone but when showering I couldn’t tell what I was using because the tape covered the bottle. Anyways, ended up with body wash in my hair.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. Close to many food options. I would stay here again.
