The room was very clean. The door was hard to open and to shut. We were on the 2 nd floor the walk way needs to be repair and the stairs to the 2 nd floor had areas that were rusted out and is dangerous would have taken pictures but it was raining wish they had turned on their conditioner it was very warm in the room when we checked in. But room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe walking my dog around the property.

It was clean and quiet. Large gap in door, ripped bed skirt, no kleenex, even when we asked, no shampoo.

The building is not in good shape, but I was safe and there was running water, so it served the purpose.

Never clean room, sheets and towels dirt! Toilet was clogged and never anyone at front desk for help! When checking out, no one at the front desk!! Would not recommended staying here!!! Very disappointed!!!!

My husband pees harder than that shower sprays! Zero water pressure, zero! And there was only a couple other rooms rented in that huge building

Shoer didnt work, only 2 towels, one little bar of soap. first room I got smelled so back from cigarette smoke I had to ask for a different room

Motel was adequate. A/C worked when I cranked it way down. Full sized shower was nice. I was able to park right in front of my room so I could keep a eye on my vehicle. Within a short walking distance of the Cattlemen's II restaurant. Took 10 minutes for the front desk to find my online reservation. A pretty good cheap hotel right off of hwy 54.

Next to a restaurant, was a good stopping point for our trip to NM. Allowed our three pets, no charge. Was on second floor in the back. AC unit was off when we came into the room, but cooled down sufficiently quick for us. TV didn’t work, told staff in the morning. I could see how it might be a negative for those wanting to watch tv after a long day’s drive, but we were tired so for our particular stay it didnt really matter this time. Shower drained slow. My bed was a bit soft up by the pillows, so sunk down in a bit. No kleenex in the slot for tissues.

Looking for a quick overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. The motel in general needs some TLC which is in progress. The staff was friendly even with a late night check in. Definitely would stay again. Great value.

Rooms needed to be updated, smelt like it used to be a smoking room. TV would not work properly, and we couldnt take showers as the water pressure was slim to none with the faucets/shower head damaged. Absolutely not worth the $228 we paid for 3 nites reserved and front desk would not refund any of our money .
