Tip Top Motel Cafe & Bakery

I did not enjoy my stay due to A/C not working in unit 110 and no ceiling fan and it was terribly hot and uncomfortable

This is a bare bones place to stay. They give you some soap and shampoo/conditioner and there may have been a hair dryer under the sink. And of course towels and bedding. There was cable and WiFi and AC. No iron or microwave or mini refrigerator. No pool. But it was clean. And there was free parking. Tip Top Restaurant is YUMMY!! Not cheap, but really good!

Very basic. Like a camp cabin. Only messages. Lockbox. No staff on-site. Clean. Minor deferred maintenance. Mini refrigerator didn't work; door didn't close.

Arrived late. The AC was not on it was super hot most of the night. There was food still in the room from the previous guest and ants crawling everywhere way overpriced even to be in Hawaii for this type of hotel should be half of what it is.

This place was fantastic. Very efficient for a quick stay on the island, clean, plenty of parking, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious and very fast even when crowded. The staff was kind and helpful. Lots of things to do within walking distance.

We were pleasantly surprised with the room and would return again. We stayed on the 1st floor so parking was right there. And free! The room was upgraded and clean. Would have liked a mini fridge in the room, though. Accessing the room via code was very convenient. Great location and easy to stroll over to the cafe for yummy breakfast.

Very convenient. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. Staff was helpful when I called. Room was as clean as it could look, since it was an old building.

Only problem was not able to access the TV and no one available to call for help.

For the price this is a GREAT option. Centrally located, amazing breakfast/lunch place downstairs and all the required basics for an over night stay. It isn't fancy but makes up for it in local charm, history, fair price and location. Only issue for me is walls are thin ( or some people are exceptionally inconsiderate/loud -- I'd suggested posting asking guests to be mindful of noise and disturbing others. I stayed 3 night - 2 of those I didn't get much sleep ( next time i'll bring ear plugs in case you get noisy - late night neighbors.) . Regardless I'd absolutely stay here again!

Room is clean. Living room small good for one person. Staff friendly. Lots of parking.

Hallway. Someone could walk and get hurt Restaurant customers take up most of the parking before 1:30 pm

No possibility to connect to the WiFi

This place was pretty nice . I enjoyed my stay .
