The best part of the whole experience was the waffle maker. Other than that NEVER staying there again.

Told by staff that personnel only clean rooms once every three days. Asked for assistance by "two" day shift employees at same time, told matter would be rectified, came back to room not completed. Night clerk extremely helpful took care of matter promptly. Establishment was under remodeling.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor. Pubic hair also on the bathroom floor. It was dark hair. I'm blonde, so it wasn't mine. I didn't take a shower there, because of the issue. Food particles on the desk. Food particles on the floor. Disgusting, dirty room. I would rather sleep in my car. Don't waste your money, on this dirty hotel. This room wasn't cleaned properly before I got there. The lady at the front desk didn't care. I will never go back.

Newly renovated room was nice and clean. Shower was awesome. There were no local channels to watch area news or to watch main networks like ABC, CBS, or NBC. It was all Samsung streaming.

At 5 am the smoke alarm went off in my room and woke me up.

Hotels was under construction, but our room was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I understand that they are renovating the hotel. But in the shower was grout that was stuck to the main area of the shower. The toilet seal was super dirty and moldy. And the faucet in the restroom was also stained with grout. Breakfast was cold. But De’Angela was a beautiful soul that greeted us with such positivity that we needed after a long stressful day of driving.

Remodeling was taken place but room was clean

Good location on off the highway. Place has turned into a dump. Have stayed here multiple times throughout the last few years and only ever issue was a light from the parking lot shining through our window because we didnt have a shade on the window. They are making an effort to renovate, but still billing full price. Carpets are stained everywhere, curtains looked like they may have had blood splatter on them, room smelled funky, couch was ducted taped like someone hid their coke or cash in it and someone went looking for it. Not to mention we awake to a car alarm in the parking lot a 7 am to find multiple cop cars, a domestic dispute and car being pinned into a parking spot by another car. Not sure what wa going on but, tow truck was there, windows were smashed, people were yelling, it was an awesome stay. I was already prebooked here for Sept and have cancelled.

It is in the process of a major remodel and once done should be great! The staff was friendly and helpful but if I had know of the remodel mess I wouldn’t have stayed here.
