Upon entering the hotel it smelled pleasant, the receptionist D’angela was very nice, friendly & courteous. The room was very clean and professional, they also had a little “welcome” snack basket for us in the room which was a nice touch. They have vending machines stocked up and good breakfast food for the mornings. We are traveling all across the country and have stayed at numerous hotels. So far this hotel was our favorite for both cleanliness, professionalism and price

Huge improvement from 1 year ago despite being under construction for remodeling. Can't wait to remodeling is finished. The remodeling project but that the price of progress

Exceptional

The first night I got in at 2:00a because my flight was delayed and there was no place to park. I finally took one of the three empty handicapped spots. The picture on this page is deceptive. Maybe 20 years old. That couch is dirty and sunken. The floors and stairs never get vacuumed or cleaned. The first room they checked me in to was not cleaned and it was disgustingly dirty with pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, a dirty toilet and shower and thick plaster dust all over the bathroom counter! The beds looked freshly changed and clean so because it was now 3:00a I just crashed. They moved me to a clean room the next morning. I was doubtful but it was actually super nice...just stinky like new carpet and plaster soup. The bed and pillows were nice. The coffee here is quite good too. I was not happy that the pool was closed for renovation! Nowhere in their online info or through the booking agency did it say that the pool wouldn't be in use. The front desk girl that I complained to about my room was awful. No customer service training , or compassion. I won't be booking here ever again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was quiet, making it easy to relax. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the updated look of the room. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lima area!

The shower supplies were at the wrong end of the shower. There was no ledge in the shower for toiletries. The swimming pool was being redone, and that was not advertised

They even had almond milk at breakfast and that was wonderful. And water bottles in the room and helpful staff.

Rooms were clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. My one complaint is the tubs are really high walled. It will be difficult for kids or people with bad knees to get in and out of. My 8 year old fell while trying to get out it, was so high and everyone being wet.

The best part of the whole experience was the waffle maker. Other than that NEVER staying there again.
