Motel 6 Lima, OH

The woman at the front desk for check-in was so nice, helpful and informative. She had no issue when I returned to the desk with two bath towels and a hand towel that appeared to still be dirty. The room was FREEZING and smelled like stale pot smoke. One bed had holes in the sheets and "comforter." The beds were way too squishy. When I sat on the edge, I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The floor was sticky and dirty. I forgot my slip on shoes, so I left my shoes on as long as I could. The little bit of walking around I did with socks on.. ewww, they got NASTY. In the morning, after a shower and before my shoes went on, I walked/slid around on the bath mat. It was black from the floor not being clean. Maybe others do the same and that's how the towels still look dirty after washing.? I appreciate the lighting outside of the rooms and parking area.. but maybe use a curtain that does a better job of keeping the room dark..?

Parking was good, room was nicer than expected. The fawcet was "sticky" to operate..... missed seeing any tissue in room, but overall very nice.

Terrible. Had to leave after one hour because is was deplorable here.

There were bedbugs in our room and pee stains on the walls in the bathroom.

Check in was not very good as hotel cancel our reservation and then we have to rebook as walk in customer. Took almost an hour which was very important for us as we only had 6 hours to sleep before continue our journey. There was no shampoo and body wash. There is only one pillow. Requested non smoking room but there was strong odour of smoke in the room. Room floors were not very clean either.

The location in The View I had neighbors that was smoking crack at a skunk really bad and everybody that stays there like permanently makes you feel out of place

In expensive and near where i needed to be Couldn't find my reservations, did not get room in booked, however someone checked in directly in front of me that said she called for a smoking room an hour ago, yet when I got to window the smoking room in booked 2 weeks prior was not available

Easy check in and out Pillows were awful...extremely flat with absolutely no support.

lamp, shelf, and charger next to both sides of the bed - super handy. also very clean only one pillow per person - makes it very hard to prop up to read or watch TV

Room was clean, lots of towels, check in people said "Howdy!" and answered questions. Lots of places very close, but not safe to walk to. After 9, many of the fast food places are drive in only, so it is necessary to drive the car for just a few blocks. No sidewalks, heavy traffic. Bathtub was very slippery and toilet was super short, making it dangerous for older people. Ice room needed a good deep clean.

Room was clean and handicap accessible

Parking was easy, staff friendly, and the room was clean. The only complaint is that the toilet seat wasn't attached well and the shower made a loud noise (but worked well).

The AC worked well and there were no bugs in the room. The property could use some repairs/updating and a really good cleaning. The mattress &box spring were old &there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets/blankets.

Staff was very helpful. Very clean. Hot water. Free coffee.

You get what you pay for. Cheap motel which suited my needs but the beds could use replacing and I guess no coffee in the rooms is a thing now. Super loud trucks outside in the middle of the night made sleeping difficult

Lima OH/ Motel 6 Roschmann Drive. Bathroom issues: The dry wall/ plaster around the ceiling fan fell on me while i was on the "throne" this was at 9:30 PM. I took a shower and the tub drain was clogged and nasty water backed up into the tub. 10:00 PM I tried to use the vanity sink to shave and that too was clogged and backed up.10:30 PM Floors dirty, Door wouldnt close properly. Bed Bugs My body covered with bed bug bites and I laundered everthing brought into room. I also had to fumigate my car. Truly a miserable day. I stayed at property from 5/4/26 until 5/9/26. I will not stay at this property or any other Motel 6 ever again.
