The room and staff were amazing. We had a problem with our room A/C and front desk staff swiftly moved us to another room. Excellent customer service. The only draw back was the couple in the next room….thin walls and we could hear their bedroom exploits. embarsssing

Super nice sweet with a small kitchen area very comfortable beds in all working AC units and bathroom was exceptionally clean plenty of towels and easy access in and out. However, I’m not sure why they charge for parking as it’s not in a downtown area where that would even be an issue so that is kind of ridiculous.

No towels in pool when u got out

The pool was empty most of the time, no one was really around on a booked weekend. Front lobby staff was... Less than enthusiastic to be there. Housekeeping staff were wonderful and polite, but lacking in standards or quality control. No conditioner in big bottles, lights that were burnt out, no towels in pool area, mini fridge only half worked, dirty light fixtures. I expected more from Marriott, and their breakfast setup is crap compared to any other hotel.

Used booking.com to reserve a room 4 weeks prior to arrival. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation, nor did they have any rooms available to book. Contacted booking.com and they confirmed my reservation. Come to find out the hotel never pushed my reservation into their system. Was told there was no manager onsite at that time (Saturday evening 6pm). Had to scramble to find a different hotel across town during a busy weekend with a concert in town.

Overall a nice hotel. I thought the configuration for the TV was a bit odd but the room was very functional.

it was very clean the housekeepers wasn't in the way the staff was so pleasant my husband and I have stayed at hotels in the area and I have had a issue with all of them this time I had no complained I have no dislikes

Their was not complimentary coffee. I have stayed at many hotels and they have always supplied free coffee. Our room key would work for awhile and then not work. We went to the front desk five times and they would fix them and only one would work for awhile.It was annoying to have to go to the front desk about this problem.

Room was pricey and NO complimentary breakfast was offered. The pool was a joke. Only fit for the 7 and under crowd. There was a parking fee…. For LIMA area. That was preposterous. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The property was well maintained but only one ice machine was working. I was also charged a $5 daily parking fee which was not disclosed when making the reservation or during check-in.
