Beds were uncomfortable. Need new mattresses. Bistro was closed. No coffee in lobby. Charged for parking, even though there was no mention of charge when we booked.

The cleanliness At booking the price was 84$, the day of it was 119 and then an additional 20 deposit fee. Also, $5 to park. It was very difficult

Did not know there was a $5 parking fee that was added when I checked out. Room was clean and comfy.

This site is well located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Helpful staff and clean rooms.

My TV didn’t work. The front desk guy came to my room but he couldn’t fix it. He said they might give me a discount but they didn’t. The fire alarm went off at 9am Sunday morning. The fire department came and gave the all clear.

The breakfast at the hotel was ok; they do serve hot Starbucks coffee here any style you want. Bed was very comfortable - i slept soundly in it, very comfortable and well appointed room.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The reservation was paid in full with Booking.com and the hotel charged each person separately. Then claimed they couldn't see the reservation when I called back. Still trying to get the refund on my Corp card.

Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again.

Rooms were great. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast? Not so great. We had 3 adults and 6 kids eating breakfast. Kids meals were great. Avocado toast? Avocado was going bad, so not worth the $. The breakfast burrito was ok, but not good enough that I would buy it again. Absolutely will stay at here again.

They would not let my kid or me back in the room threatened to call law I want my money back

Good First room I went in, it still had the previous guest under wear in the bathroom behind the door.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. It seemed like there might have been a race track near by, but the noise was done plenty early enough to get a good night’s sleep.

They don’t tell you about extra charges for things and it is not kid friendly AT ALL

Clean and modern. Breakfast listed as included but it wasn’t. Room was not cleaned on second day.
