The staff was so kind and accommodating!

Friendly staff, but not the cleanest. Pay extra for all amenities except pool & breakfast.

My room was clean, but the one Mattress was completely unusable with big grooves in it where people had been sleeping for probably 100 years. The bathtub did not drain. There was dog poop all over the grounds surrounding the hotel that nobody had picked up. It would be a lot smarter for them to put up some poop stations for people who are unprepared and don’t bring a bag to clean up. The location is excellent and a close proximity to a lot of shopping and dining. My room had so much air freshener in it. It was almost intolerable when I first arrived. The breakfast was very good and the server was wonderful.

The staff is very friendly and will help you in any way possible.

You have older motel that has that old smell.The carpet in the hall ways were dirty looking .You have a beautiful swimming pool and the breakfast was good.your restaurant was not open very disappointing Do not rate yourself a 9.0

The property is very unkept, trash cans overflowing, floors not swept, windows and doors very dirty, stains on carpets, while the room was pretty clean the main areas were not. The pool had no towels, the lounge was closed for the "holiday" July 3rd, which the lounge was part of our reason for booking here! Its an ok place to lay your head, but its definitely not kept up with pride like in the pictures!

Our room is dated but was clean. Air conditioning was noisy and caused poor night sleep. Design of the building and lobby was spectacular and similar to a Las Vegas hotel. We would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel looks really nice when you walk in. Rooms were clean for the most part, just some minor stains on some sheets. Nothing bad though

The pool was great but the sound carried easily to pool-sided rooms.

I will say the staff were quick to offer a new room and appeared to be genuinely concerned.

The building is old and def shows ware and tear but for one night the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The room was clean. The only problem that we had was we were not happy that our room was not ready at 4:00 when we got there.

Very clean and comfortable, the only issue was the tub drain. You had to stand in 6 inches of dirty water to shower and it might be the water from someone else in your party because it took hours to drain. At home we have a $1.00 tool that removes excess buildup that they should have cleaners use.

Easy to find, beautiful and clean and friendliest staff ever

Clean quiet and comfortable. Good location for us. Elevator was a little wonky. And coffee was only available in the lobby during certain hours and not before.

There was a lot of little things to do in the hotel lobby during down times. You were able to come back to the hotel and just relax.

Was clean and comfortable. The balcony inside was fun. Good breakfast. Nice staff

The hotel was just ok. My room had clearly been smoked in but it was manageable and I didn’t have a choice in the moment. The shower faucet was broken but I got it to work so was ok. Everything else in the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. I could not get the tv to work. The public area carpets need replacing but was fine. The morning coffee was cold and not good. That and breakfast was “free” but these type of hotels usually can do that ok. The staff was perfectly helpful and got us checked in/out w/o issues and did what they could given my circumstances.
