Howard Johnson by Wyndham Lima

We were passing through the area with our dog and needed a decent place to stay. Lima HoJo was a GREAT place to stay. It was pet friendly with a good grassy place to walk and for pottying. It was updated very nicely and was clean & quiet with fridge & microwave. Everything we needed at an affordable price!!

First got there didn’t have a remote in the room. Had to go to the front desk for them to find one. Took them a little bit but found a remote without a back to it. Stated that they would bring one up but never did. The shower wouldn’t drain properly and found a a huge clump of hair clogging it. If they cleaned the shower they would have been able to see that it would not drain properly. Even after removing the hair the drain did not work properly. Some of the wallpaper was peeling. Breakfast was not conducive with people with dietary needs.

Very helpful and the staff was great! They even had coffee in the lobby hot and fresh 24/7. I stayed 2 weeks and would go back again.

Clean hotel, the room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable and the balcony overlooking the pool area was a nice addition. No complaints what so ever!!!

Shower drain was clogged with hair. The room door was wide open at check in which made me uncomfortable.

It was an ok stay...several restraurants a short walk away...overall not terrible...

We checked in late night. I noticed the floor was sticky and there were some areas that were not mopped in the doorway and the bathroom. None of the room lights turned on and then

The room was clean; however, the room was not secured as we reached the door, the tub-shower was not fitted with a door, or curtain, the room was not supplied with bath towels, and once turned on, the tv remote could not be used to change channels, or turn the tv off. Overall, Howard Johnsons has an uphill climb to win back my travel overnight stay.

The staff was amazing. Food was good.

We requested adjoining rooms for my family. One room had dirty window sills and a stain on the bed skirt that looked like human fluid and the other room had what appeared to be blood and or body fluids on the boxspring cover and I killed a roach in the bathroom and took it to the desk. They did attempt to refund my stay but after processing I only received a refund for 1 room and a $25 credit one the second. I will not stay here again . SS from Ohio.

It was quiet and beds were comfortable.

My only complaint about this property is the walls dividing the rooms must be paper thin, every night I either heard the TV as if it were in my room or the alarm noise set for the middle of the night. If there is a next time I would request a room with no one adjacent !

Room was gross. Floor was so dirty my white socks were black and the room was so humid that the carpet was spongy. The staff was rude. Air conditioner died and I had to move hotels because no one was there to figure it out and the staff acted incredibly rude and inconvenienced when I asked to refund my last two nights so I could find another hotel. Room had dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Crumbs in the floor and an empty m and m wrapper by the nightstand. The room was barely cleaned. Would not recommend.
