Girl at CHECK IN could not have been nicer I reserved a room with a LATE CHECKOUT way ahead of time because I was driving from FLORIDA to OHIO for my HUSBAND'S BROTHER'S FUNERAL. And I was called NUMEROUS TIMES from a VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE of Howard Johnson wanting to know WHY I hadn't checked out yet!? She was EXTREMELY RUDE and I was already GRIEVING and STRESSED OUT from my 16 HOUR DRIVE. And, HOWARD JOHNSON doesn't REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY; I WILL NEVER EVER USE BOOKING. COM AND/OR BOOKING. COM AGAIN.

Nice facility Pillows were horrible, very uncomfortable , door was open when we got there , very off and all drawers, fridge everything open have never seen this before, was told thats what they do cant guarantee that some strange was to walk into room not safe

Stayed at this Howard Johnson when racing at the Lima half mile. This is a surprisingly nice hotel!!!! Would gladly stay here again.

My booking was canceled by the Hotel with notice. No email, no phone call. The Hotel claimed they called me, but this was totally untrue. This is height of unprofessionalism. The Hotel claims that to book the room.

Tub in Bathroom was dirty. Hair and unknowns on shower wall. Had to go out and get clorox to clean. Cabinets in bathroom looked like they hadn't been clean in quite a while. Walls too. Wipe that whole bathroom down before using. They were the only hotel in town with room still available. Tissue smelled old. Hallway lights are very deem and creepy. Bed are that queen as advertised extra twin at best. And hardly any extra usable plugs.

Hosted my husbands 20th birthday party in one of the event rooms and my family and I stayed there as well. Staff amazing. Breakfast was great. Loved it. Definitely will stay again.

Well, somewhere there is an unwritten principle that when a hotel hits a certain point, renovations must be made or a name change to a lower brand. You have hit the decision point.

Overall the property was very nice. We were there for a family event in one of the conference rooms, staff very helpful with everything. Room is nice, bed not comfortable to us, and bathroom a little outdated. Overall its good value for rhe money
