The staff was very helpful. I got charged twice but the issue was corrected immediately. This location didn't have the internet, we were told to that we needed to bring our own connection chord once we arrived. luckily I had a connector but was unable to plug it into the television because it was mounted to the wall, so we couldn't stream. Good thing we brought Domino's instead of Netflix and chill.

We arrived 11pm w small kids. No sheets for the pullout, so the kids had to wait for me to get sheets and make the bed. Then discovered the king bed had been slept in - sheets were sandy. Since kids were asleep I got sheets and remade it myself at 12am

The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t charged me the full fee and had charged me more the next day to cover it. What?! That makes ZERO sense. Why would they give me a total for my stay when I checked in, which I paid in full, only to charge me more the next day? It feels very deceitful. I was just staying here for a single night for a dog show the next day (read: very well behaved, socialized, trained dog). It ended up that my “affordable” so-called “pet-friendly” hotel stay ended up being over $250 for a single night. I will NEVER stay there again and will avoid Holiday Inn Express locations going forward.
