Staff were nice but the property was in disrepair. The first room's locks were completely broken and staff were very kind in switching rooms. The second room's chain lock was very loose and looked as if they were sawed at one point. The sheets were very clean and soft. But the carpet was stained and looked like it was dirty. The bathroom was clean. Ac worked well.

The woman at the checkin on 07-10-2026 was amazing. And my son told her of our travels, he's special needs and she really listened. And every time the rest of the night she would make sure to talk to him and call him by name. Made his day.

Had to get 3 new sets of sheets and covers and they were still all dirty , the shower handle came off . Horrible horrible experience!! Came in town for the holiday and I’ll never stay at this place again

The sheets had blood spots on them when we went to bed on night 1. This was disgusting. The from office gentleman got us a whole new set of sheets, pillow cases and comforter. Was very grateful to him

Hotel needs to be updated, dirty carpet and walls. The tub was closed, which was a main reason for booking at this hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very polite. Room was not very clean. Tub didn’t drain, no modern amenities for charging electronics. Carpet was stained, comforter was stained and the pull out couch wasn’t very clean either. It looked like the pool needed to be cleaned as well, plus the hot tub was out of service. For the price I paid, it definitely wasn’t worth it. I really expected more from Holiday Inn!

It was clean and quiet Stayed here for the breakfast included so I didn't have to worry about buying breakfast for all my kids.. Go to breakfast in the morning, and there was none. So now I have to pay for all of us to eat out somewhere and the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude about the situation. They could have atleast had SOMETHING out, even if it was just cereal

I had a puppy with me for travels. And that's why I chose this place because it was out friendly and I needed that. Downstairs was pretty. TV could have used an upgrade. It was green. But as soon as you get to the rooms. Dirty carpet. It all needs a face-lift to say the least. Do better holiday inn
