Dirty

It was as clean as it could have been...just very dated. The staff seemed to be kind. People were drinking and in and out of the hotel a lot- appeared to be having a small family reunion in the court yard which made it hard to enjoy. People loitered all around the outside of the hotel. Its pretty run down. There is no elevator so the stairs would be difficult for someone mobility challenged. It didnt smell the best- actually not great at all. Everything is very outdated. The carpet on the stairs was coming up so is a tripping hazard. The carpets are very stained and dingy. There were random dirty clothes in the hallways. The location isn't super convenient to anything- you have to get on the interstate and drive down a few miles to get anywhere. The bathroom was tiny! They did have shampoo and conditioner in the shower however.

Beds were clean, room & hallways were musty, needed a good cleaning, worked for the night

The blankets on the bed kept me warm, I didn’t have to go buy one to keep me warm Outside needs some work

The shower has good pressure The beds are springy.. the air conditioner would not stay on.. the hallways smell of mold..the breakfast was very lame..

Breakfast was next to non-existant. Keycards locked us out of our rooms at 930am with noone at the front desk to assist.

Staff There is no way that this hotel was comparable to the other hotels listed in your grouping! (IE- Holiday Inn, Doubletree, etc.)

Location Breakfast was limited.

Standard hotel off a main freeway. Wouldn’t rush to stay again, but wouldn’t avoid either.

Honestly the staff was great but the room is where I had the issues … the tub floor appeared very unclean , as well the fridge was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! that was honestly my biggest issue there is no way that should even be in the room I didn’t even feel comfortable getting ice which is not ok . Breakfast is definitely bare minimum a few bagels, bread and some sausage gravy an waffles only hot items . Overall the staff was great maybe a little more inspecting if possible after they are clean . Please take that fridge out of the room

The dirty bedding on the bed

We booked online and when we arrived we saw broken and hanging blinds and sheets hanging in some windows. The check in was smooth and the front desk pleasant. There were about 4 cars in the lot. We asked for adjoining rooms and we were told they didn't have any available. Instead we were offered rooms next to each other. One of those rooms clearly had an adjoining room that was empty. They have removed all of the vending machines. The fitness room was full of boxes. The duvet covers had stains in both rooms, the walls had smears of dirt and holes in them. The shower floors in both rooms were grimey. We could clearly hear through the walls into the hall. I can't recommend it at all.

The room was fine for the price . The entrance at the east end was littered with cans and papers. The breakfast was standard motel fare, it had everything but meat and eggs.

Room was clean, comfy for a 1 night stop as we headed home from being down south. Breakfast was simple but all we needed.
