I don't expect a whole lot in small towns on account of the fact that the hotels aren't usually used as much unless there's tourist attractions and/or some area of not nearby. This place was awesome. The room was spacious, clean, solid signal on the television (none of the crackly screen crap you get on some of the other places) and a warm smile when I checked in. The woman checking me in was new but did a great job making me feel welcome and gave me all the pertinent information in a timely and cordial manner. It was exactly what I needed after being on the road for the past 12 hours. The best was soft, the sheets were cleaned and the vending affordable and not outrageously priced. Many dining options nearby (I suggest Kewpee!) and most importantly, it was quiet. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Great room on the first floor, easy check-in and very quiet. Always my go to when I’m home in Lima.

Check in was quick, staff was nice, whole place was very clean. Room was very clean and comfortable bed.

Location Price, toilet didn’t flush properly, the housekeeping person skipped cleaning my room and left me a note saying so…why??? I notified the front desk. Had a hard time locating the local Lima channel news for the sake of weather.

The employees were very helpful and respectful. I was trying to check in early, and it wasn't made a priority. It could have made my trip excellent.

The tub would not drain so when we take a shower the water will back up and drain very slowly and it will be nasty.

I would have given a 5* review, but someone forgot to put towels in the room. I had to call the front desk and they did bring them right up. I thought the room was excellent.

Right in the middle of everything. Clean room and friendly staff. No issues with parking 10/10 Nothing I didn't like. They were great!
