I liked that it was cheap and the staff was very helpful and nice. I did not like that my sink would not drain and my bathroom fan did not work. My bathroom also constantly put out heat and humidity so the ac never stopped running and needed to run to even keep it tolerable.

If you only need the bare bare minimum, then this is your place. Cleaning service included the replacement of the towel and that was it...no dumping the trash, didn't replace the broken hair dryer, not wipe down of anything (3 night stay). The exterior was below standard, such as pealing paint, wooden stairs in disrepair and unpainted. I will drive a few more miles and pay a few extra dollars for a better stay next time.

Average. No Frills. Room Keys not working. TV Cable not working. Wifi was barely on. The Room was Clean. Overall appearance of property was "needs improvemnet"

I had a service animal and the owner still tried to charge a pet fee. He said to pay it or leave and this was after I paid for an additional week. We left and he refused to refund me and tried to charge an additional $400 to my card. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
